BIG mistake hiring this company. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
Horrible cleaning people who don’t show up or don’t clean at all. The owner is full of excuses and finger pointing. The worst customer service I’ve ever had! If your company isn’t a sports arena they don’t really care about it. Very unfortunate. LOOK ELSEWHERE TRUST ME!

I oversee the performance of all the vendors that service our soon to be 16 locations in metro-Atlanta. We have very high standards we set with a checklist of specific nightly tasks for our cleaning service. Level Seven strives for 100% compliance from all their crews that provide the nightly cleaning for us. They communicate flawlessly with us and are very responsive to any deficiencies we bring to their attention. They have become an intergral part to the great success of our "high touch" service business in Atlanta. Their field supervision is over the top. If you have a business that demands great first impressions, you would be reassured with Level Seven on the job.

Working from Oregon to recruit a temporary maintenance tech for several commercial properties in Atlanta proved to be quite the challenge when ours had an emergency. Level Seven Facilities Services stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. Steven was so helpful in finding us what we need and as someone who works with vendors across the US every day, I would say that Steven and Level Seven are some of the most customer service oriented I've dealt with. I would highly recommend Level Seven and would most definitely work with them again!

Level Seven arrived highly recommended...we talked for 3 months prior to the actual work...the scheduling was flawless and information was always a text or a phone call away. We are completing the church kitchen renovation as I type this. The personalities of the cleaning crew are smiling and helpful...a little extra here, a small re-touch there, "no problem"! It has been a pleasure working with Level Seven and we are building them into our future planning! Happy to be on their referral list...we are grateful.

Zach and his crew were super easy to communicate with. Juan was fantastic with giving us project updates and keeping us informed on everything going on. Our family now has a beautiful outdoor fire pit to enjoy thanks to SPS! Highly recommend!

From the very beginning, her communication was clear, responsive, and professional. She handled all of the customer service aspects with such care and attention to detail, making the entire process stress-free.
What really stood out was how organized and on top of everything she is. Whether it was scheduling, answering questions, or making sure the project stayed on track, Brittany made sure nothing fell through the cracks. It’s not always easy coordinating landscaping and construction-style projects, but she made it feel seamless.
