SPS was awesome to work with. The crew showed up on time, got everything done fast, and the yard looks 100x better. Super easy process from start to finish and everyone was really professional but chill. Definitely recommending them to friends and neighbors — they made the whole thing stress-free.

Juan, the ops manager is easy to work. Marcos is helpful. They seem to be especially busy this summer due to weather delays. Make sure you clarify the work you want done. Quotes are automated after sales person visits site and may need to be tweaked. Juan is easy to work with and communicates well via text and phone. He worked on a holiday to finish up a job for us.

We’ve lived in our home 29 years and have had our share of disappointing landscapers and wasted money. But those days are over since we found Southern Property Services! It was a great experience from our first phone call. From working with David on an estimate to Juan and his crew, everything was perfect. We felt their pricing is very reasonable, no complaints. They did a major cleanup in our backyard woods, installed sod, planted shrubs and perennials, and added mulch. The sod was installed along a wooded area between our driveway and a neighbor’s yard. That area was an eyesore after the last major freeze and the loss of many shrubs. Juan designed a beautiful installation and now it’s lovelier than it has been in 29 years. We are so proud of the work Juan and his team did. Juan is a true professional who knows the landscaping business, plus he is just great to work with. We’re planning our next project for SPS. We will never use anyone else.

SPS did a wonderful job for us. We had a hard time finding someone to fill in our pool deck with polymeric sand, reset and cut certain stones and add a retaining wall to support the upper level. Not only did they do the work under budget, they did it quickly and well! We are thrilled with the quality and can fully enjoy our space now.

Complete backyard overhaul in 2017. Lawn not graded properly. Now is a complete mud pit and have to pay for regrading and new sod again. I have emails I sent to Jesse days after project saying there were drainage issues. Nothing but excuses and empty promises.

If you want it done right, go with someone else.

I had a boulder terrace put in in place of a fallen retention wall. Needless to say, after some delays due to rain and weather, the work was completed well. There were a few small items to fix, and they came back and fixed those as well. Great job! If not for the delays, I would say 5 stars, but very close!
