I waited 6 month to leave review for them wanted to make sure the unit and workmanship was done wright. They replaced my 12 year air unit and it works great. I did see my utility bill go down a lot.
They called me 30 days after the unit was installed to make sure everything was working good.

After R&M fixed my parents unit last week, they scheduled for them to come see what was wrong with my unit. The repairman showed up on time. He answered all our questions enthusiastically and professionally. He was also able to fix my HVAC very quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg! I highly recommend R & M! Great service. Residential Air has completed well over 100 projects for my company including change outs and new installations. They are always on time and complete jobs within our schedule. They are very fairly priced and stand behind their work. The service techs work long hours so there is always someone to come out fast if there is an issue or a unit needs service. I have used other companies in the past but always keep coming back to Residential air because of their quality, customer service and price!

Jeff and the team at Air Comfort are the best! They put in a zone system in our new home and it has been great. We have the ability to set certain areas of the house at different temperatures so each occupant is happy. The system is very efficient and we save money on our electric bill as a result. Definitely recommend using Air Comfort. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was professional and courteous. You can definitely tell they have your best interest in mind.  I called needing help right away and when I spoke with Mikayla, she was exceptionally helpful in making sure that I was taken care of.  Great company, great people. 10/10 would recommend!

The technician was very knowledgeable. He found the problem with our AC unit right away. This was a problem we had been dealing with for a few years and other companies overlooked it. The technician was good and pleasant. I was happy with him. The business itself has not been a problem. However, the problem I had them recently fixed is back and I have no heat upstairs.

We were super grateful for the service we received. The initial visit was great and I felt like there was a great balance of flexibility to help us get what we wanted with technical knowledge to know what could be done. We were adding in venting into a bathroom addition and moving venting in the kitchen above. Overall great service!

We purchased our air conditioning system from Air comfort. And they have done all the maintenance on the system for the last 9 years. On a follow up on this comment. We have had nothing but problems with this unit and the service. They replaced the unit with a new one after 4 months. The new one is giving us problems as well We spent a lot of money to get units that don't work. They were suppose to come out today for the 7th time and never showed up. Hmmm. They got paid a lot and we still don't have a unit that works. Think about that for a second.....

I live in Soddy Daisy TN and will only use Air Comfort. 1) Professional and courteous (I was called by their service technician, Eric, to ask if it was ok to come EARLIER than expected!!? Uh, YES PLEASE!)...2) The technicians have all been very knowledgeable, professional, and, well, just nice and friendly (they don't seem to mind answering 100 questions, just to make the customer feel more reassured.. imagine THAT!)
3) The cost is VERY reasonable (also considering the drive distance, almost an hour one way)...4) High quality machinery and maintenance. So far, my experiences have all been exemplary (can you tell) and I will continue doing business with them! Oh, the 2 times I had to have service service done ( 1st was a "Replace the old unit" and 2nd was a capacitor went out )both occurred the week of 4th of July 3 years apart and they STILL got to MY repairs! A RARE experience and one which solidifies my continued business!

I can't brag on this company enough!
I called last Saturday morning and reported that it was 80 degrees in our house. The lady I talked to said she could have someone come fix it that day.
Eric came and in no time, we had a cool house again! Eric was very friendly, professional and easy to understand what the problem was.

Our air went out on Friday night. Called Saturday morning. Young lady was kind and someone was here by 11. Very professional and courteous. Our air was fixed and we are so thankful. Good customer service is very rare anymore. We received excellent customer service!

Came home Thursday around 6 pm- no air! It had already started heating up. Called Air Comfort early Friday morning and they got there by 11:00am. Only took about 30 minutes to identify and solve the issue! Super nice and great service!

Very friendly and helpful! They did a thorough job and were fast, too. I forgot to ask them to do a specific task when they were at my house, and they came back to complete it and didn't charge me extra. I give Air Comfort HVAC an A+++++!!!!

Air Comfort always gets to us quickly especially when we have a problem. This time was no different. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and took care of the problem quickly. We have used Air Comfort for 10 plus years and will continue to do so for our routine services and especially for our emergencies.
