The absolute worst and most diabolical driving I have ever seen. NEVER in my life have I ever been so scared to drive behind a truck. It baffles me that they would allow such horrible driver on the road. Putting innocent lives in grave danger.

The crew were on time. Clean the tree and debris up. I would rate this as a Five Star service!

Luke and his team done a great job on a tree removal. I strongly recommend Paul Bunyan Tree Service for fast quality work at a reasonable price!

I had originally planned to give them 5 stars, but a few things have made me change my mind. I will say they responded to my request for them to come give me an estimate in a very timely manner and were able to start the job within the next few days. The quote they gave was very reasonable and even cut me a deal on having another tree on the property cut down while they were already here.

On the downside, when they came out to give me the quote, I told them I planned on paying by credit card. The day they came to do the work, he informs me he needs a separate check for the crane service they hired to come out. I don't even have checks because I never use them and I assumed they would pay for that out of their end after they got paid. So I had to leave and go to the bank to get the money for the crane service. All of their equipment tore up my yard pretty bad too. I was willing to let that part slide, b/c it was just an unfortunate side effect of removing the tree and couldn't be helped, but it was just another downside. Lastly, when I called that evening, after they finished, to make my payment over the phone I had to leave a voicemail. While I was waiting for them to call me back, I walked out to look at the areas they were working in more closely since the crew and all the equipment was gone. I noticed they had somehow knocked one of my shutters off my house. No one ever said anything about it to me, they just left. When the nice lady called me back to get my payment, I let her know about the shutter. She told me she would have them come back out the next day, Saturday, to fix it for me and she apologized. By Saturday afternoon, no one had been by to repair it so I called them again. Her voicemail wasn't working, which I had had an issue with prior, so I couldn't leave a message and no one called me back. On that Monday, I tried calling again. No answer, no callback. The next day I emailed them. No reply. Wednesday I called the other number and talked to the owner. He started to tell me they would be by to look at it the next day to see if it was something they damaged when one of his guys on his crew overheard him and told him that they had knocked it off but didn't have a ladder to fix it that day. So obviously they knew about it and didn't say anything. He told me he would have someone out the next day to fix it. Thursday came and went and we are now on the following Tuesday and my shutter has yet to be fixed. It's a fairly cheap and easy repair, that I can and obviously will have to repair myself. But the cost and ease isn't the point. They broke it, they should fix it. And with haste. It's unfortunate because I had planned to use this tree service in the near future for some other work I need, but all things considered, I will be looking for another service.

I just want to take the time and say THANK YOU to Paul Bunyan Tree Service for the wonderful job they did on taking down and grinding up the stump and taking down another tree that was dying. If anyone in need of any tree service I highly recommend them. I am very satisfied with the work they did. Again thank you.

I’m at a life time supporter Of Paul Bunyan tree service. They are always on time and do exactly everything we have ever discussed and then some. I have used them from cutting trees to grinding stumps to build me a 2 acre pond. You can’t go wrong with Luke and his crew.

These guys are awesome! I got a quote one day & they came to my house the next morning to do the job. They were courteous and professional. Plus, the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
