Tree reviews in Ringgold, Georgia

Not only did their estimate come in 1k less than 2 other companies, they did a lot more than the other companies wanted to do! It was in an area where you couldn't use a crane and the tree was slap full of poison ivy, so I guess the others didn't want to mess with it. They took what they said and more. Even offered to clean up my damaged fence line up for a reasonable price. Plus they offered a military discount! Will use again! Thanks !

Nice, professional, prompt they did an amazing job quickly. I would use them again and again! Luke and his daughter Grace were so nice. Thank you!

Today was our third time using Paul Bunyan Tree Service. Excellent service, local family owned company, and they know everything about trees. They work hard to deliver what the customer wants!

If you're looking for a good tree removal service than this is the company I would recommend they did an excellent job actually did more for the money than I was quoted by several other companies. I would definitely use this company again.

I could not be more pleased with the work that Paul Bunyan did for us. Luke and his crew arrived when they said they would and the professionalism they exhibited through out the job was very impressive. there was no sign of any damage to the areas around the trees that were removed and even with the stump grinding I could not really see any sign that they were there. I would without hesitation recommend Paul Bunyan.

Update: had Paul Bunyan come back and remove two more trees. They did this without damage to surrounding trees and property, Luke and his team take pride in the way the work is done and I am very impressed and appreciative of that.

Great honest company!! They get the job done quickly & efficiently. They clean up after the job. I will always call on them to do any tree work for me!!

Luke and his guys came and done a great job on my families yard we have had to use them on more than one occasion and have done excellent work and I couldn’t ask for better pricing and yes I checked pricing and he was best around . Luke cares about his customers and he makes sure when he leaves your home it looks amazing and the job is well done thank you to the entire Paul Bunyan Staff .

Luke and his crew are very knowledgeable and skilled. They provided an estimate in a very timely manner and were able to get the job done within the next week. I have recommended them to many many people. They will do anything to meet your satisfaction. Definitely will be calling Luke when I need more trees cut.

Used Paul Bunyan Tree Service for a large job. Luke and his crew worked with me to minimize damage to my yard and respected the pet graves located in the area where work was required. Special recognition goes to Jimmy for his courage and skillful cutting down of these very tall trees in segments, starting from the top to the bottom. Work was efficient and cleanup was very good. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! They work very quickly and left my yard clean. Good honest people and I love that they are a family owned company! Definitely will hire again!

Luke and the crew did an amazing job at our home last week! I'm so pleased with the quantity of work they completed in just a short time! The arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves AND their quote was about $1000 LESS than 2 other quotes were received! I highly recommend them!!

I highly recommend Paul Bunyan Tree Service. They are very professional, responsive, polite, friendly, and do an exceptional job. They cut 2 tall trees beside my house. They ground the stumps, cut some logs for firewood, and did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess. They are also very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Luke and company have done quality work on multiple jobs for me. Including, land clearing, a barn pad with training arena, pond, driveway and partial road. They have done great work in all areas on this project and will do my work in the future. Great local company with fair prices.

I just want to give kudos to Frank for taking care of setting up tree removal on memorial weekend for my mom who had a huge tree fall on her home. Tree was being removed within 24 hrs. Luke and his crew work all day to get this tree down before the next storm. So good to know there are companies out there that still have great work ethics. Thanks again Frank for calling everyday to check on my mom.

We use this company for two different jobs, and both times they were outstanding. Showed up right on time did a great job and everything was cleaned up. And at a much better price than the other people we talked to. Highly recommend them!

They did a phenomenal job and was very quick. Storm blew down a 60ft white pine last night and we couldn't get out of the front door. Called them, they answered on the second ring. They told me it would be a couple of hours. An hour later Luke came out to see what all equipment they'd need.About an hour later the crew was here and my tree was gone and completely cleaned up in less than 2 hours. No damage to my yard or anything. You can't tell we had a massive tree blown down. Great jobs and will definitely use again!

Great job, got here 9:30 done by 3:30. Took down 6 trees and cleaned up. Very professional. Highly recommend.

They cut lots of my trees which that part of the job was good. However, damage was done to multiple areas of my yard and I am still waiting now since over a year to get these repaired!

Not recommending!

Edit: I have contacted you many times. Once I got a reply that someone will come out but it never happened.

So I still have the issue that you guys need to correct. Hence would be great that you guys get it fixed!

I would highly recommend using this company! Luke and crew did a great job. The price was reasonable. They were very fast and cleaned up great! Thanks!

Had a great experience with the Paul Bunyan tree service… they were polite, very hard working and did an excellent job. A large tree very close to our home needed cutting and they handled it so well. You can tell they know what they are doing! A huge thank you to them! I would highly recommend them and will use them again when needed!

If you want a tree service to lie to you about what they are going to take care of you at the time of the quote and again the day of service, please book these people. If you want honesty, hire someone else. They were supposed to take 6 trees down and chip up branches and limbs, then the trunks they could leave in our woods. They didn't even fire up their chipper. Just shoved it all in the edge of the woods. Even the lines from the tree that was maybe 50 yards from the chipper. They dragged them 100 yards to the back of the house to dispose of them, leaving me a huge mess to clean up. Thanks for nothing. Wouldn't hire them again, ever. No matter the size or scope of the job.
