Very happy with the services rendered by aire serve. They updated my warranty, managed to find a solution for the neccessary part being on backorder and managed to get it covered by said warranty and charged me an honest price for the work done. I'm very happy to have cold air again!

They were both very nice , professional and very helpful on info for a new unit. This company is very responsive when needed as well. Fan on heat pump was not turning. Air was blowing into house, but gradually was getting cooler. Air Serv technician was prompt & efficient. Seemed to know immediately what the problem was and had it repaied quickly. We were very thankful since the high today was around 40 degrees and is expected to be in the 20's tonight! Thanks Air Serv!

Troy got the air back on! The tenants of our rental house woke up this morning to a hot house. Called AireServ and they made a same day appointment. Troy called and asked if he could come earlier. yes, please!! He got the unit fixed and was super polite. Sent me the invoice to pay the bill, very convenient.

They were very nice and got my Heating unit repaired promptly. Joe came out the afternoon I called . He found my problem and ordered the part . Joe came back the next morning and fixed my heater. Both Joe and the guy that helped him were very nice and friendly. Joe and the lady at office called me to let me know when he would be here. This is a great place to do business with. I just had my ductwork cleaned and sanitized and it has made such a difference! Troy snd Joe did a great job. Polite and professional as always.
It was really affordable too!

Pretty expensive price ($249) for an elderly customer on SSec, and unable to get out of a wheelchair, to just wash off the coils. I'm unable to do physical work at all, and when I received my a/c, no one told me to hose off the coil once a month.

The technicians are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to take care of me in a timely manner. My appointment was scheduled quickly after contacting AireServe!

I am so relieved that you sent Joe. He is very down to earth and gets the job done. I felt completely comfortable with him here and that is important to me as an elderly person. Joe was knowledgeable and he explained my repair options for a coolant leak in my multi-split system. This repairs where made and I was impressed enough to sign up for routine service going forward.

Marty and Noah did an excellent job of getting our a/c unit going again, highly recommend. Shout out to Noah for crawling under the house to replace duct work and insulation.

We got these people to come over and give us an estimate showing them all the rooms where the vents go. Told how much it's going to be 10,000 some odd dollars. Well, they came out on the 2nd of July was here about 2 hours and left thought they went to lunch. But never heard from them. I called and they said that they would come back Monday 7th never showed up. They came back Tuesday now our house was 85 to 90 % degrees 😳 very hot. Make a long story short they did not put a vent in my laundry room and called me this morning and said that they wanted there check. He tried to make me sound stupid. I told him when he finished the job I will pay him and then he just kept on and on about his money. I can't understand why everyone on here has got 5 star. I will never tell anyone about them.

Great Service! Wish I could remember the name of the man who took care of our problems. He showed up quick when other places had said it would take a couple of days to get to us. Walked us through what had happened. It was especially great for us being new to the area and not knowing who to call. Would definitely use this company again

This is an excellent company If you want someone that is honest and will actually come to your home and give you a free estimate. Marty and Troy were very respectful. Troy is a extremely hard working young man. The things I like the most is Marty was very personable and spent time talking with me. Troy was also very personable very friendly and hard working.
