We just had the pleasure of using TE Certified this weekend due to an emergency related to our water heater. My first good impression of TE started with Ella at your call center who went out of her way to ensure we had a plumber out asap; this was great service given that I called Reliable Heating and Plumbing and was told they couldn't have anyone out for 3 days. Ella didn't even put me on hold and instead said she would call me back promptly after she was able to find a solution.

Our experience with TE just continued to get better after they sent out Tahj Jennings to the house. He is a fantastic plumber but even better person. I don't think I've had such a great experience with a contractor before. He was very sympathetic to our situation and provided us with multiple options on how to best remedy the situation. He seemed incredibly knowledgeable and I just felt at ease knowing he would help us the best he could. He made this incredibly frustrating experience a pleasant one. I'll definitely be requesting Tahj for any future plumbing needs.

Both Ella and Tahj are a great representation of TE Certified and I'll be referring all my neighbors to TE from now on thanks to my interaction with them.

Yates Smith and Brandan Vasquez are top-shelf professionals and I was thrilled with the work they did. I had my whole house electric panel upgraded. It took several hours to complete. They even got permits for the job. They showed up, were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and just started working. No cigarette breaks, no constant chit chat, just work! This company is legitimate! I highly recommend them.

TE certified did a great job! Dee and his crew were at our house for over 12 hours assisting with a washer and dryer relocate. Even though they were working really hard all
Day, and probably exhausted by the time they were done, they always had smiles on their faces and were so helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend them for any service, their level of customer satisfaction was absolutely superb. I would defenitly recommend them and utilize them again when needed.

We were very happy with our TE Certified experience and will use them again. The plumber the sent to the rescue was Michael Bass, and we will ask for him directly if we ever need help again.

We made our appointment online late in the evening after discovering a serious leak in our kitchen ceiling. We got an appointment for the next day and were given a service window between 2 pm and 5 pm. Michael showed up within the time period promised and kept us informed up to the time of his arrival. They also have a tracking tool so you can see were your plumber is.

Michael was respectful of our home and kept things clean. He wore shoe covers in the house. He had to cut into our ceiling to access the leak and used tarps and buckets to collect the mess. He kept the damage as minimal as possible to get his work done. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did an excellent, professional repair. He was honest, very experienced, and professional, you want this guy to work for you!

Fantastic work, thank you Henry. Henry came by today on time and repaired a faulty light switch, installed new light fixtures on the other end of the faulty switch. He also installed new outdoor receptacles in the same area. Clean and efficient work. The wife loves it, so I love it

Terrance was the ultimate professional. He stayed as long as it took to get the job done. He did high quality work and was very personable. We would highly recommend him to our neighbors and would request him again if we needed an electrician.

Good workmanship and professional, but price is very high. Their plumber changed the line beneath the sink, but it was actually the faucet that kept leaking. I wished the plumber had checked more thoroughly what the issue was initially. We asked the plumber to change out the faucet handles with another set we don't use. He quoted us $225. After he left, it took me 5 minutes to change out the handle and stop the leak. If the problem is a leak and we paid over $200 for repair, we'd hope that the source of the leak would be addressed without being asked to cough up another $200-300 for something even I could fix in 5 minutes.

After spending >$2300 on repairs, I wished all our concerns were addressed appropriately.

I really regret not getting a second quote.

I contacted TE after another highly rated local Alpharetta electrical company that rhymes with Beer did not follow up with us on our list of needs. They did 1 out of the four things we needed done, and never called me to follow up. TE and Griffin on the other hand are great at communication, scheduling, and workmanship. Griffin is professional, polite, and patient and we look forward to finishing our project.

Update : (they called me early to see if I was available. I got them out before 3 and the guy was nice and knowledgeable. Still can't pinpoint the exact issue so wait and see.)

Not a happy camper at this point. I had to have my outdoor condenser unit replaced after a tree fell in it. When it got warm 3 weeks ago I turned to AC mode and outdoor unit would only turn on for 5 area then turn off. Called and got an appointment for Saturday 12-5. Waited
Till 2 no texts or anything and called to make sure I was on list and I was. Called at 5 to see what was going on, oh guy can't get there to 6:30 so
Much for a 12-5 window. Here we are today problem occurs again no one till 12-5. Here we go again with a new device that broken and me wasting another weekend. There is no communication for delays only once someone is assigned. No real apologies and I'm giving them my whole Saturday for free.

Zachary was polite and professional. He seemed to genuinely care that I was happy with all phases of the installation. Before he left he showed me all the work that was done and asked if I had any questions. The air conditioner seemed to be operating just fine when they left.

Jesus asked to come early, which was awesome for me. He was so quick to look at what I needed and give me a quote and got right on it. Was so neat and efficient and well done and he is so personable on top of it. He was in and out so quick. I plan on asking for him specifically the next time I need a couple more things done.

Nolan and Parker from TE Certified did an exceptional job helping me reroute my home’s electrical unit to my new basement unit. This ensured a more balanced electrical distribution throughout my home. They not only expertly wired the unit but also demonstrated remarkable attention to detail by meticulously cleaning up after themselves. I truly appreciate their diligence, hard work, and thoughtfulness.

I would give Chase 10 stars if I could. After the first TE "Water Heater Expert" came to repair an electrical issue on my EcoSmart tankless water heater but didn't, Chase was dispatched to complete the job. I could immediately sense how he genuinely wanted to help me after he heard what happened with the initial assigned tech. Chase absolutely went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved before he left. He is knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything that was needed before I signed off on any work. He answered all of my questions throughly to ensure that I was comfortable with the work completed, and we were both confident that the electrical was 100% up to code, safe, and repaired properly. I just cannot say enough good things about this guy!! TE is beyond fortunate to have him on staff. If he arrives to your service call, you could not ask for a better person!

TE Certified just installed a new Daikin HVAC system at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hunter Graham and his teammate were outstanding, punctual, professional, and incredibly respectful throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, walked me through the timeline, and made sure I understood each step.

We just had a new Rinnai tankless water heater installed by Andrew. We were switching from a traditional tank heater to tankless, which requires a different exhaust system, new gas connection and new water piping. Andrew did an excellent job explaining what was needed and why, provided a fair quote, then did a very nice job with the installation and cleanup afterwards. He showed me how to adjust the settings and reviewed the maintenance recommendations. The new system works great and we are very pleased with the result. I'm a happy customer and will use TE again when needed in the future.
