Fast and great service!

They took a long time to produce. Then they sized some wrong. They had to remake them. The cord was on the wrong side as ordered. I had to wait on they and they had to come out three or four times for the remote setup. The first did not work. Finally they came an brought a remote that worked this week! I’m unhappy about they did not have the order correct in the first place and the time I had to take to be home each time they returned to fix the problem. I can understand one issue. No one is perfect but several appointments with wait times in between. The installers were great but the company I would not refer. Thank you.

In the past year, I have had numerous issues with HD and specifically this location.
First, I received a washing machine that didn't work. Three months later, a replacement came but it was installed improperly causing a leak through my downstairs ceilings. While I understand that this is the installation company's fault, in the end it falls on HD to make sure things are right. To this day, no one from HD has called to see if it was fixed or even offer an apology for the incredible inconvenience
I gave HD another shot by ordering 1 door. I was told an estimated 3 weeks. Since then I have over 30+ "order update emails", have talked to 4 managers, an incredibly rude customer service rep Phoenix at the desk, and guess what - still no door.
Bad installations and incredibly late products are terrible. But what is truly the terrible thing is the lack of accountability and action by HD. The new nonchalant approach to customer service shows that HD doesn't care about nor respect customers' time. Absolutely a disgrace for a company that is headquartered just a few miles away. -
Excellent professionals that took care of three jobs and Great service

Worst experience ever. I am a general contractor and wanted to use Home Depot flooring once. It will be my last. They take forever to install and when something is wrong they take weeks to fix it and do not take the blame. Megafloors is more reliable than Home Depot for flooring.

Terrific service, outstanding quality and a good price.

I went in to have a board cut into several pieces. The individual that cut my board botched almost every cut. Some being off by over 3 inches. I provided a detailed layout of how to efficiently do all of the cuts to my specs. It literally required only reading a simple set of instructions. Possibly the worst excuse for "home improvement experts" I have ever encountered.
Beware they will not listen to you when you are explaining what you want. Staff is not very knowledgeable. Nor do they take care in the work they are doing. I'll go to Lowe's next time. -
Great instock stuff for my home remodel. However, trying to buy a higher end front door was like getting a root canal, so I went to Builders Supply. Builders supply windows are great too.

This is a very convenient and satisfying service. Very organized, punctual and helpful in every way. Servicemen are knowledgeable and provide a full inspection. You can ask questions and get extended service if requested. Definitely worth the time!

Had a great experience with Home Depot’s heating and air-conditioning inspection. The technician provided a detailed, clear and understandable analysisv

Yesterday was my lucky day because I was blessed with a great employee from Bynum Plumbing who installed my new hot water heater. Luiz was efficient and professional and even more important, he was a critical thinker who was not challenged by a small area in a condo unit unlike Home Depot's competition to remain unamed. I highly recommend Luiz as an excellent plumber!

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had. My HVAC unit is only 5 years old and it was working all fine, but once their technician named Ton Nguyen came and tuned it, the blower motor stopped working within a week. He was not rude but was not approachable at all. I asked him a couple of questions but he was so cold in his replies that I stopped asking him any question. Before the tuning there was never a single snag in the system. I called Cool Ray heating at which Tom from and they sent another technician named Samuel who did a through diagnosis and told me that the blower motor is over heating, and when I touched the motor, it was cold. He said that the motor is insulated, so you can’t feel the heat. I mean that is against the laws of thermodynamics, why a motor is insulated when it is supposed to dissipate heat. One time he showed me the current is higher to one point and then he said that the current is all fine to each point but the motor is getting overheated to, so to protect itself, it is shutting itself down. I mean if it is overheating, why I can’t feel the heat. He said you have to change the motor and quoted me $1298.00 for the services. I know I am being taken for a ride and I will never recommend either Home Depot or Cool Ray Heating & Cooling to any one for AC services.
