Fast and great service!
They took a long time to produce. Then they sized some wrong. They had to remake them. The cord was on the wrong side as ordered. I had to wait on they and they had to come out three or four times for the remote setup. The first did not work. Finally they came an brought a remote that worked this week! I’m unhappy about they did not have the order correct in the first place and the time I had to take to be home each time they returned to fix the problem. I can understand one issue. No one is perfect but several appointments with wait times in between. The installers were great but the company I would not refer. Thank you.

In the past year, I have had numerous issues with HD and specifically this location. First, I received a washing machine that didn't work. Three months later, a replacement came but it was installed improperly causing a leak through my downstairs ceilings. While I understand that this is the installation company's fault, in the end it falls on HD to make sure things are right. To this day, no one from HD has called to see if it was fixed or even offer an apology for the incredible inconvenience I gave HD another shot by ordering 1 door. I was told an estimated 3 weeks. Since then I have over 30+ "order update emails", have talked to 4 managers, an incredibly rude customer service rep Phoenix at the desk, and guess what - still no door. Bad installations and incredibly late products are terrible. But what is truly the terrible thing is the lack of accountability and action by HD. The new nonchalant approach to customer service shows that HD doesn't care about nor respect customers' time. Absolutely a disgrace for a company that is headquartered just a few miles away.
