I would not recommend this company. They quit on us after three cleanings because my 12-year-old stepson wouldn't get out of bed. They didn't even tell us they were quitting -- they just left the key to our house in our mailbox.

All three ladies were very sweet and worked hard. The place looked great, although, it did not appear they cleaned the oven. Other than that, the place looked really good.

My experience with Maid Right has been a positive one once I found the right crew for my home. Carolina and BeeBee are always on time, quick and Efficient. When my husband was ill and fell, they even helped me get him back on his feet. I am thoroughly satisfied with Maid Right.

I would not recommend this company. The so-called "deep cleaning" we paid for and expected was in reality a light general cleaning and left much to be desired. They gave us a start time of 12:00 p.m. and showed up late around 1:00 p.m. They were rushed in the end because one of the cleaners needed to go and pick up her child at daycare. They vacuumed and mopped all floor surfaces within the last 20 minutes of the service time. While dusting and cleaning surfaces, a lot of dust was just thrown up in the air while the cleaning rags were not changed or rinsed out. Upholstered pieces were not vacuumed. We found a lot of surfaces that were still dirty and areas under furniture that were not vacuumed. I paid good money for a poorly done job. Really? This service is not what you advertise one your website.

To be honest we started out a little dissatisfied. But after a call into the office they had everything redone and assigned another team to our home. We love the ladies that clean our home. They do a great job in all areas.
