Our house had not been pressure washed or had windows washed since we built out house 8 years ago. We were long over due for a cleaning. Our house looks amazingly clean and like new and out windows are so clean and clear you can barely tell there are windows there. We are beyond pleased with the results and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Easy to schedule: friendly folks visited. The problem is that they were careless and over 50% of my wood windows were “nicked” by their process. The wood was dinged in such a way that the paint was removed and there was exposed wood, so significant dings that could lead to water damage. The on-site technicians did not communicate these dings to me. So, now after paying people to clean my windows so I didn’t have to go around my house on a ladder, I’m now having to go around my house on a ladder and lay wood putty / paint. So buyer beware: if you use this service with wood windows, do a walk around before they leave bc their process leaves damage on the wood windows.

Highly recommend! Easy to schedule, reasonable price, friendly and efficient staff. The work we requested was roof, siding and driveway, and it all was done quickly, but with care. Thanks Shack Shine!

Excellent customer service and service. Reasonable prices. I used them for 2 of my rental properties and the out come is always squeaky clean. They do give you a disclaimer if they would feel like any old paint would chip off and I appreciate the honesty.

They were courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. They pointed out areas that they thought needed extra attention, and took care it as part of the service.

This was my 3rd time using Shack Shine. When they leave, my windows sparkle and there are no leaves or debris on my roof. I have some areas where the roof is 3 stories high and they make sure that even those areas are clean. If you want them to redo something because it isn't to your satisfaction they will to ensure that you are happy. Highly recommend.

Not your run of the mill home services business. Very professional, company trucks, and the job they did on both our home and my daughters home was nothing but magnificent! Great company I would highly recommend, and before you ask, yes, fair price with a great value!

Brian and Brandon were exceptional. They were friendly and conversant—pleasant to interact with and very polite. Their work was impeccable—far better than I ever could have imagined. My house looked brand new. All dirt, grime, cobwebs, and mold were completely gone and the house was brilliant white again. They took care of our outdoor furniture and spent hours taking great pride in their work. We will definitely be using them on a routine basis from now on. More than highly recommended.

We just had Shack Shine out to clean our gutters, do driveway/sidewalk pressure washing, exterior house cleaning, and windows cleaned inside and out. The owner Aaron is super nice! He was out there working right alongside the crew, and he was super responsive to email and text. They did such a great job!! We had all sorts of cobwebs, mud build up, etc on a 2 story covered front entrance that we could get to. They cleaned it all including the moss and mildew build up off of the entire house. Aaron will give you a discount if you bundle things as well. I told him we had not done the gutters since we moved in and I didn’t know if we needed it. He brought his drone and ended up only seeing clogs on one side of the house, so he only charged us to do that one side instead of for all of the gutters. The entire cleaning was completely customizable, which was so nice. Aaron also pressure washed our mailbox and front walkway for free. They do a walkthrough at the end to make sure they got everything, and they even removed a hard to reach bird nest for me. Truly the nicest most courteous staff!! They worked 7 hours yesterday and 6-7 more hours on day 2! They are absolutely meticulous about getting every spot off the windows and every window sill sparkling! So happy with everything and worth every penny! We have gotten so many compliments from our neighbors! We plan to have them back out next year to clean again!
