Contractor reviews in Smyrna, Georgia

Carlos and the team were amazing. They helped me with many things, including major home improvements like bathroom remodels, plumbing, and drywall repairs. I recommend Carlos to anyone looking to do major or minor home improvement or repair projects.

Excellent work, price and quality, recommended 100%👌

Carlos came to give us a bid to replace our deck.
He said the bid would be ready in 2 days. When I contacted him 3 days later, he said 5 more days “by noon on Saturday”. Then he ghosted us.
Lesson: Don’t chase a bid or you can expect the same with the actual work.

Carlos provided an amazing experience in his work he repaired our flooring. Did plumbing work, completed drywall work for our business and it was amazing.

Carlos has been doing repair and maintenance work for several of my apartment buildings and single-family homes for several years now, and he’s been consistently reliable. He shows up on time, completes the work without needing direction, and charges fair prices. He’s also great at coordinating directly with tenants and other third parties — he communicates clearly, arrives presentable, and gets the job done without creating extra work for us. This level of professionalism is exactly why we continue to use him on our projects. Highly recommend Carlos for any repair or maintenance needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Carlos and the quality of work he’s done on my properties this year. Every project has been completed with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. Communication has been excellent, timelines have been respected, and the work has consistently exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find a contractor who is this reliable, trustworthy, and truly takes pride in his work. I greatly appreciate the consistency and care Carlos brings to every job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for top-tier, professional results.

I located Carlos on the Next-door app. His response was within a reasonable time and his communication was consistent.
We agreed to a time to replace my bathroom sink. Although we ran into in issue, that was no fault of Carlos. (I purchased the wrong size size and had to replace the entire vanity). Carlos found a replacement within my budget at Home depot. My husband went to pick the vanity up while Carlos completed the removal of the old sink and vanity.
Carlos replaced the vanity and sink without any issues. Carlos completed the job, was very courteous and professional. I definitely recommend.

Plumbing party

Was good

One of the best out there. Straightforward and honest!

We use to use them. Now they are a complete joke. Go use someone else save your time. 1180 engineering.

Every time I have had an issue that required a plumber Art plumbing is who I call. These guys are great!

They are good folk with a proud crew, they are devoted and hard working. They don’t go to sleep until the job gets done right

We had a difficult plumbing issue recently. After two different plumbing companies came out and were unable to solve the problem, we reached out to Art Plumbing. They spent a lot of time with us diagnosing the issue and solved it! I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Called stating they don't do bid work. Good job. Won't use you. I'll go to Marquise plumbing, Mckenney's. I'd advise you do the same don't use these fools. Not worth the headache.
