Great experience and a happy recurring customer! Jessica and Amber both cleaned my home and have done an incredible job. I look forward to my cleaning days, there is nothing better than coming home to a professionally cleaned home after a long day of work. I signed up via the website which was very easy to use, gave transparent pricing, and has a customer portal. The portal was a neat feature and allows you to view upcoming appointments and reschedule as needed. The owner Ryan is wonderful and has unmatched customer service. Highly recommend!

The air in our home had been feeling heavy and stale for months. I finally decided to book duct cleaning after reading good reviews online. The crew that came out was punctual, respectful, and very professional throughout the visit. They cleaned every vent thoroughly and showed us the amount of buildup that came out. The difference afterward was honestly impressive. The house feels much fresher now.

The Rare Perfection team is thorough and takes so much off of my plate so I can spend more time with my family. As most family in today’s time- we are BUSY! I love that my house and all three bathrooms are always clean to accommodate last minute guest and impromptu dinners with family. They have been flexible and more than understanding. I have recommended their service to many of my friends and would recommend them for any of your cleaning needs!

The business is ok which is a shame because I really prioritize patronizing black-owned businesses. I would like to echo the sentiments of previous reviewers in saying that follow up communication is definitely an issue. I've worked with house cleaners all my life beginning in childhood. As an adult navigating the process, I know what I'm looking for and how to communicate it. The cleaners did a pretty good job with hitting the main spots, however, the dusting (which I specifically reiterated to the cleaners when they arrived) could've been better. Tiffany was pretty responsive initially when she was trying to secure the new business which is typical for most business owners. I asked for a few days to check my calendar to get back to her with scheduling a future appointment and when I reached out to her, I never heard back. In fact, it's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting (not really because I've hired a new company). As a business owner, I understand the fact that a person may have a hundred tasks to do in a day but communicating with your customers is very important in a customer interfacing business. If follow up is an ongoing issue, it may be time to outsource that particular task. Best of luck to you though, Tiffany.

Update: I appreciate you following up Tiffany. However, attention to detail is key. If you notice, my review wasn't so much about the clean itself so much as it was about your poor communication with booking a follow up appointment. Honesty is great, but humility and adaptability go a long way when you own a business. I am not the only customer who has noted that your customer follow up for additional bookings is subpar. You're focusing more on clapping back on customers than incorporating customer feedback to improve your business. Please also be clear, I was giving your cleaners a trial run and was willing to allow a second opportunity to adjust to my concerns with the dusting if the opportunity would've presented itself because I'm a patient woman and recognize that things won't be perfect the first time around. So again, this wasn't about the job itself so much as it is about follow up communication. With this energy, you'll continue to be a one hit wonder in people's homes until you either adapt or close your doors. Cleaning services are a dime a dozen so the choice is yours. Be blessed.

I've been using this cleaning service for the past few years for my own home and rental properties. The pricing is fair, they do a good job, and the owner is very easy to work with. On the rare occasion where something wasnt cleaned properly, she sent someone back at no charge. I would definitely recommend Rare Perfection cleaning.

Rare Perfection Cleaning was great!! As soon as I requested a quote, within 20 minutes I received information. I was able to easily book that same week. They did an amazing job and they communicated thoroughly every step of the way to guarantee I was happy.

Treat yourself and book this service! The communication with Tiffany is amazing and Ana and Ingrid are fantastic at what they do! They do deep cleanings so well, never miss a spot and they even tolerate my dog. (Honestly he loves them so I think that makes it easier.)

Our family recently relocated to Florida from Atlanta. As a part of my move out of the Atlanta property, I wanted to leave the townhome in great condition (like when I bought it). Rare Perfection came in on very short notice and did an AMAZING job in their cleaning. They took their time to make sure it was done right, and they were very attentive in their cleaning services. I highly recommend them for any level of cleaning desired!

This service took our vacuum cleaner and two ladders we left for their use, tried to lie and gaslight us that the ladders weren't there. Tiffany originally said "she would handle it", then tried to make the excuse that her workers took obviously durable goods *as trash* because people complain when things are left behind. Then when I tried to get Tiffany to take responsibility for the items or the financial cost to replace them, she refused, saying she "wasn't trying to stress so much about things" and to "do what you need to do". They did an OK job cleaning but this is truly beyond the pale. Do not use this service; they are truly unprofessional and will take anything they think they can get away with. My vacuum is *supposed* to be returned tomorrow, but given how poorly this has gone, I'll believe it when I see it.

Edit: since the business has replied I'll say this: my vacuum was promised this morning and it's not here. Tiffany uses a lot of customer service speak but when push comes to shove she's unhelpful and irresponsible. Her team took a video AFTER they were done and presumably after my items were taken. We left two vacuums, a regular one and a shop vac, and two step stools, which we thought would be helpful. Her staff left the shop vac but took everything else. Don't be fooled by her apparent professionalism because in reality she's anything but. I'm having to issue a charge back on my card for the stolen goods, and she's lucky I don't get the police involved. She still hasn't taken accountability for her employees and refuses to even now. She's all apologies now in public but literally told me "do what you need to do", so I am. My items are still missing.
