Zach Hannah, Hannah Outdoor Designs corrected a drainage problem on the lefthand side of our home. Zach installed the drainage system, new sod, walkway stones, edging and mulch along with adding 3 new/mature Japanese Maple trees. Hannah Outdoor Designs does excellent work with attention to detail, meticulous installation, suggestions to enhance the beauty of the landscape. Zach has clear consistent communication throughout the entire project. Zach and his team are professional and committed to clients and their landscape projects. Zach was on site and would check in several times each day during the entire project to ensure everything was up to our expectations and to see if we had any questions. Hannah Outdoor Designs is by far the best landscape company I have worked with over the years. I highly recommend Zach and his team. Hannah Outdoor Designs is the only company for your landscape projects and will be contracted for any future projects around our home. Thank you, Zach, and the Hannah Outdoor Designs team.

I have always had a water drainage issue with water coming from my back yard around the back corner of my house. After cutting down quite a few trees, both in the front and back yard, it only got worse. My neighbor was having the same issue. One day we were talking and he mentioned that he had Zach come out and propose a solution to overhaul his entire front yard. Based on that conversation, I contacted Zach regarding my issue and he came out the next day. He proposed a plan to resolve my drainage issue, as well as sodding my side yard where the trees had been cut down. He gave me a detailed estimate and contract and even came out a few more times to clarify some things and get my wife's thoughts. We signed the contract and work was started quickly. Zach and his crew did a great job and communicated with me daily, making sure to answer any questions or address any concerns I may have had. He was on site every day over the course of the job and communicating the entire time and completed the job on the exact day he promised. Let me tell you, he has a great crew of guys that worked very hard and diligently over the course of the job.

With that said, my wife and I are very satisfied and cannot believe how much better our yard looks now that it's complete. We have other work to do down the road and we will definitely be using Zach for any future work.

Could not be happier with Zach and his team’s work at my house. I had a significant drainage issue during heavy rain storms and they were able to fix the problem. I also redesigned some of my plant beds. I was really impressed with Zach’s plant knowledge and he helped guide me on what plants will work best for my yard. I will absolutely hire Hannah Outdoor Designs again and already have a list of other projects I want him to work on!

The team worked very hard within our tight deadline to properly execute our landscaping plan within our budget. We loved the final result. Very punctual, professional and were accommodating and responsive to any changes we had.

Zach and his crew are amazing. I hired Hannah Outdoor Designs to do sod work, plant some bushes, add some ground cover, add stack stone, paver steps and rock to my front and backyard. Everything turned out so nice. I am very pleased with the job they did. They are very attentive to detail and clean everything up thoroughly when finished. We hired Hannah Outdoor Designs to complete the landscaping around our pool. Zach Hannah, Owner, and his crew were all super friendly and knowledgeable! The scheduled work was moved up a few days on the schedule to avoid the heavy rains which turned out to be a great decision. Zach communicated with us throughout the entire 4 day project, making sure to go the extra mile. We are very happy with the end results thanks to Zach, Sergio and all the crew!

Zach and his team are incredible. From the first assessment, he was very attentive to our goals and needs. He was sensitive to our budget. He did a fantastic job of intertwining his expertise with our vision in a respectful way. Zach and his crew did a phenomenal job on eliminating my backyard erosion issue with enhanced drainage, a retaining wall and grading that has transformed that space and not only solved my erosion issues, but made it beautiful! They even added color changing landscape lighting that is so enjoyable when you sit on the back deck overlooking the river. Customer service was next to none and great communication and followup! I would recommend Hannah Outdoor designs for any outdoor project large or small!

Zach was so great to work with! He got us scheduled so quickly for our turf installation/other landscaping and the team knocked out in 2 days. He was great with communication during entire process and wasn’t afraid to give honest suggestions for what would fit best in our backyard.

I have never done any sort of big project on my home. We absolutely needed a big refresh on my patio. Originally we had a different bigger company come out and quote us and they pushed us to do a project double the budget we had in mind. Hannah Outdoor designs was completely different. So happy he was recommended to me. Zach did not “mansplain” anything to me or make me feel silly for my ideas or questions as I know nothing about construction, especially hardscapes.

Zach came out and I told him what I wanted for my space. He was very relaxed and gave me exactly what I needed for my budget. He isn’t a designer (but can get you in contact with one if needed) so everything we did was my idea with him just fine tuning what I wanted. His team were all super nice. Very good work ethic and respectful. Zach stopped by daily to check in on the progress.

We did have a one hiccup with some miscommunication with some stone steps but Zach resolved them for us quickly without further expense to us. We also went with a different electrician than the company he sent out (they did try to mansplain AND upsell me for wiring we did not need- you can ask Zach to contact our electrician, Grant, he is way more honest) . That electrical company is not really a reflection on Zach in my opinion.

I think if you go with Hannah Designs (which I fully recommend) keep on check with every piece/color coming into your project so you don’t have the minor step back we had.

The biggest takeaway in any review is whether I’d use them again — and without a doubt, I’d hire Zach Hannah Designs all over again.

Our new paver patio and fire pit are stunning! The attention to detail in the stone work is incredible. They really transformed our backyard into a space we actually want to spend time in.

Zach did a fairly large project for me-grading for water run off, under ground gutter drainage, stone work, retaining block wall, & sod.
From the beginning, I could tell he was an upstanding guy, always on time for his appointments and the quotes (there were multiple iterations) were clear and precise.
When the work started, his crew was always friendly and professional.
It was pretty amazing to see them work. I could tell they knew what they were doing as the daily progress was mind blowing. The materials, which there were a lot, all showed up right on time in stages to really keep the project rolling without any delays. My property isn’t that big so the materials could not just show up all at once. This I’m sure required some experience and attention.
The whole project came out great, and did exactly what it was suppose to do, which was to mitigate water erosion and run off, while leveling out the backyard. There have been some huge down pours and all the grading and drains worked perfectly!
Best of all, the whole job and cost were without surprises—which in my opinion with big projects is a rare thing!!

Zack is incredibly professional and does really great work. He does exactly what he promises and you can tell that he knows what he is doing.

Before hiring Zack we had our finished basement flood. We couldn’t sleep well until all of the drainage was installed and it has been such a relief!
