My wife and I used Gibbs Landscape Company to redo our backyard. They did a great job and we were incredibly pleased with the work. We worked directly with Nathan Howle, who did an incredible job designing the new look for the backyard and overseeing the installation. The entire crew was professional, respectful, and timely in completing the job. Gibbs also checked in several times after the work was completed to make sure we were happy with the work.

Wanted to write a review to express how much we have enjoyed working with the GIBBS team over the past year!

After an epic fail with our previous “full service” landscape company we hired Gibbs. They have been terrific in every way. Great communication,follow up, and workers who genuinely take pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier and our property has never looked so good.

Nathan is very diligent with vision. We converted a nothing backyard into a large beautiful property. Crew is very professional and patient.

Gibbs did work on our yard but a few items did not bloom. We were told to give it a season or now two. Several emails and calls with none returned. Thought we hired one of the best, but follow up/follow through after the sale has been horrible. Two dead bushes and the ‘no wall of ivy wall”. These are but a few examples of what did not work. Think I'll add more soon.

Update: Gibbs has reached out and is looking to help here. Will update review post that engagement.
Update 2: Peter came out from Gibbs today and reviews and addressed our concerns. Gibbs really leaned in and was very apologetic that this ask fell through the cracks. I cannot say enough good things on how much better we feel served now. Great job Peter at making things right.

I wish there was an option to give Gibbs more than 5 stars. We’re thrilled with what they did for us. Greg understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish with his design. He took my general vision and made it even better. The plants are beautiful quality. His team did an excellent job with the installation of the hardscape and the plants. Greg also has been very detailed in getting the final product to look just right. He has been back twice to check the work and have a few things moved and add a few others where necessary. We couldn’t be happier with the results! And compliments from all the neighbors have been rave reviews too!

Gibbs was the clear choice for our landscaping project. Everything from Michael's design options to the flawless execution were nothing less than spectacular. The entire experience was fantastic and we will be repeat customers for all future projects. Highly recommend.

After many years of using a small local lawn care service we switched to Gibbs-WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! They are as close to
perfection as one can get. We had Nathan Howle and Greg Whitfield as landscapers and have William and Jacob as our local "go to" managers plus wonderful weekly service provided by Jose and Leonal.We are constantly impressed with their organization and "can do" attitude. Megan has provided us with
great flower ideas for our patio and pool area and David Gibbs
has "checked " on our yard several times without us asking. We
are greatly relieved to have this team caring for our property .They have really THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING that needs to be done and have all the answers to any question you might come
up with!!

We are new clients with Gibbs as of the last month but even in this one month the difference they have made in our property is remarkable. I was skeptical due to a couple of other bad experiences we had had with landscape maintenance people, yet Gibbs has shown up when they said they would, done what they said they would do in terms of mulching and weeding, and Peter Copses has been thoughtfully available for my numerous questions. We look forward to seeing what 11 more months of their careful attention to detail will produce after such a great start. I had the pleasure of working with Nathan, a brilliant landscape architect on a complete backyard renovation. What stood out the most is his passion and true love for his craft. Nathan is very knowledgeable, fun to work with, and delivered on all of his objectives (and on time!). He took time to listen, ask questions, and really understand what we wanted to accomplish. How would we use the space? How did we want it to make us feel? What colors are we drawn to? He even incorporated scents to give us an immersive sensory experience. He spent significant time in the back yard thinking about focal points, just the right specimen trees to use, and in the end, created a garden that is balanced and proportioned. The planting team worked very hard (seemingly nonstop) and was always on time. His irrigation and landscape lighting teams were also great and easy to work with. I've waited to write this review after the first full season and I must say - well done! Everything bloomed and grew in beautifully and I'm very happy with the results! As one master gardener said, "whoever planted this, knew what they were doing." Thank you for your outstanding work!

Our entire experience with Gibbs was wonderful. From the design consultation to the execution in planting and installation, everything was top-notch. Even the way the Gibbs team treated our existing plants when replanting to a new area of the property, respect and care was always on first and foremost. I would certainly recommend Gibbs for any type of outdoor living project.

We had been planning for years to really change the landscape of the backyard.
Greg, Jose and their team are such a pleasure to work with. Very considerate, skilled and extremely professional.
The work was started and finished exactly as proposed.
They evened worked on rainy days(but not in the rain) to stay on schedule.
I asked my wife last summer why she would not sit out on the deck with me, she responded "There is nothing to look at".

We wanted to do a complete redesign of our yard and Gibbs not only brought our vision to life but also added many design elements to it that we had not thought of. They are so easy to work with-they listen to all our wants and ideas and are quickly responsive to any concerns or questions. Nathan, the landscape architect, has great eye for design but also pays great attention to detail-there is a lot of pride behind their work and it shows.
