They were wonderful! I got bamboozled by 2 companies in the same day. I called Duraclean and Justin came to help at 6:30 at night after having done 5 jobs that day. He made my carpet look perfect. It had been a real mess.

John and his Duraclean team-mate came to my home to provide much needed carpet cleaning in my extended living/family area, as well as my heavily trafficked stairs and upper hallway. They called ahead with estimated arrival and showed up on time. I had purchased a gift certificate at my company's charity auction for a value that was slightly under cost of the assessed job but John assured me that the service needed would be provided to me at no extra cost! They set-up, moved furniture as needed, completed the cleaning in a timely manner and did an excellent job! The carpet looks great and smells great. I will highly recommend their service and plan to have them come back in about a month to complete 3 upper rooms.

We called Duraclean to discuss carpet cleaning. We had pet odors and the usual wear and tear, but nothing major. I spoke with the owner, who took the time (on a weekend) to explain the process to me, answer my questions, and explain the difference between his service and the service I used to use (a major carpet cleaning chain). The price was very reasonable, the reviews were all positive, so I booked the appointment.

Greg was my technician. He was right on time, and called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was almost at my house. He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does. He said he specializes in major remediation work, like after a water heater bursting. From his demeanor, he's exactly who I would call in a nerve-wracking situation like that.

He cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and a walk-in closet for us. Our house smells great, and it's been 2 days and we still don't smell the dog odors, so we think he really resolved our issue. I would use this company again, especially for some of our fancier area rugs, and I would definitely recommend Duraclean to anyone.

I don't have any pictures to upload because staining wasn't an issue for us. But if you could smell our carpets before and after, you'd be a believer!

Duraclean did a great job on my company's carpets! My boss commented "They did an amazing job. They even got the stain out of the white rug in the lobby".

My company selected Duraclean to clean our entire office space (we occupy a whole floor of the building we're in). Half the space was being renovated, the other half still occupied. John and his crew were timely, prepared and professional. Without complaint they overcame some unexpected obstacles (the carpets were supposed to have been vacuumed prior to their arrival) and ultimately they left the carpets squeaky clean-what a difference it made to the appearance of the whole office.

We also appreciated that they did much of the work over the weekend or at night, as was necessary, given the timeline of the renovation. I have never had occasion to use Duraclean in a residential application so I can only comment on their work from a business perspective and I would definitely recommend them.

Need my new home carpet clean and this company was the ONLY ONE that say YES we CAN DO IT. With a 24 hrs notice they fix to be there for us!!! This time in life every one is so busy, but this company TOOK there time for us. Now there job is a WOW PLUS!!! Take there time and my carpet looks just awesome clean!!! Justin kept me apprised of his delayed arrival, the reason for the delay and his estimated arrival time. Upon arrival, however, he made up quickly for lost time by confirming my carpet was largely cotton, providing details on how I should maintain cotton carpet and the steps he would take and the products he would use today to clean my carpet. And as the work was being completed, he added information on the steps I should take to quickly dry and more slowly dry the carpet.

The service Justin provided was quick and efficient which, in my view, is rare in today's work environment. My carpet looks great and it is clean. I appreciate greatly the service I received and i will surely call Duraclean again for carpet cleaning.

Justin of Duraclean was amazing, perhaps the best service professional of any type we have ever had in our home. He was completely thorough and did extra areas where he saw the need without being asked. He provided many helpful tips both verbally and in writing. He gave me a cleaning solution to use as needed in the future. He did a great job of getting out old stains on both carpet and furniture. I cannot say enough good things. And he wore a mask and gloves during the entire visit.

What an amazing, impressive company! We recently used Duraclean for a major “Spring Cleaning” of our home. I have health issues and John was very helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. They cleaned our furniture, brought in the HEPA sweepers and took our large area rugs to their facility to clean and dry. Justin cleaned our tile floors and was absolutely outstanding! He was extremely thorough, going above and beyond even providing cleaning tips and recommending products. Great, professional service. We will definitely be using John and his Duraclean team again in the future!

This is the best mitigation company I have ever used. We loved John and his crew so much we use him to clean our carpets ever 6 months as well. We started using duraclean after an insurance company denied our claim, we got them involved and the insurance approved the claim and everything was fixed even better than before. We love duraclean and will continue using them.

I'm very pleased with Duraclean! The booking process was very easy and when I was running late they accommodated my schedule without any issues. Justin came out to our home and he was polite, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. He even gave some tips on how to keep our carpets looking great with a toddler between cleanings!

Duraclean was awesome! I filled in my information on their website to request a quote one evening & received a phone call from John the next morning. I described the rooms that had carpet that needed cleaning & he gave me a general quote online. Scheduled the appointment for 3 days later. Justin showed up at the appointment exactly when scheduled & sent me a text when he was 15 minutes away. He measured the rooms explained to me about some of the tough stains that he would improve but not be able to eliminate. His exact quote was right on what John had quoted over the phone. He began & 2 hours later 6 rooms, 1 set of stairs & 2 hallways later, I had sparkling clean carets with the dirt & spots removed & that were completely sanitized & smelled great! Justin cleaned up everything & was so courteous & professional & gave me tons of hints & tips for methods & products to use (not sold by Duraclean but just at home improvement store) that would help me keep the carpets clean. John & Justin were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, did exactly what they said they would for the price they said it would be, no "up-sell," no hidden fees or charges, just fantastic service & fantastic results! The guys were great. I have a dog and a cat and they were wonderful working around them. They came on time, were clean, explained the process before they started and again when they left. Rob was excellent as well, giving a great rate and giving me a big picture of the job being done. Nothing is worse than a water leak and mold, but Duraclean made it SO much better. Recommend 💯 %!
