Justin was great and the service was amazing! We had some stains and regular wear on our carpets. He made them look like new. Justin was thorough, professional and courteous...and funny, too! We have used Duraclean before and will definitely use them again.

So thankful to Duraclean! I had to get my rental’s carpets cleaned quickly and Duraclean did a fantastic job and provided excellent service. Everything about this experience was positive, from scheduling to arrival, flexibility in doing just exactly what I needed done, fair pricing and a very pleasant and professional technician. They cleaned pet stains off my ivory linen sofa, spots and general buildup from a large ivory colored wool rug, and long-standing stains from dinning room chairs. I highly recommend Duraclean.

We recently had Duraclean out to clean our carpets and add a few more years to a chaise that has seen better days. Kevin gave us a 30 minute heads up and arrived right on schedule. He was very professional and courteous including putting on shoe covers upon entry. He assessed the space to be cleaned and then provided a quote before starting. The price was very reasonable and customized to the space actually cleaned. The chaise is a night and day difference and the carpets now not only smell fresher but don't show the signs of dog traffic anymore. Would highly recommend Duraclean in north Atlanta.

I have travertine stone in my shower. First of all I recommend that homeowners never install that kind of tile! It's soft and absorbs everything. It is very hard to keep clean because you cannot use abrasive cleaners.
That said, Kevin from Duraclean came today and worked his tail off to clean my shower. Polite, extremely respectful and thorough. He has a tremendous work ethic and represents the company very well. I hope to someday replace the tile in my shower and get something easier to clean, but until then, I'm extremely appreciative of Kevin's hard work today to restore my shower!

I just want to express that I felt the technician, Kevin, did an excellent job. For example, I accidentally had coffee stains on my carpet in the hallway from the previous day and he was able to clean everything up. In addition, stains from my dog were no longer visible and the carpet smelled fresh and dried quickly. I appreciated all his hard work.
