    My homewarranty company used them as thier provider. The tech that came out was very professional.... My homewarranty approved to pay for the item but bestway gave a bill for uncovered charged which was more than a new unit out the store and the cost to have an independent person who put it in.them... I told them I wouldn't use them because they are a rip off... Bestway is a cheat that Jack's up thier prices..I would shop around before using thrm...

    I dealt with Scott from Bestway mechanical and I am absolutely thrilled with him and his service.     I was nervous about the reviews but my warranty company assigned them to my plumbing issue. The initial call to set up an appointment was prompt and friendly. The technician named Bobbi arrived early and was very polite and completed the work without any issues. Bobbi also explained what was wrong with the toilets.

    This company is a complete scam. They did not render any service whatsoever. A. Terry looked at the leak and stated that they could not fix, due to it being behind a wooden plank. This is a small issue that any reputable plumber could resolve. No diagnostic or resolution whatsoever. They literally spent 10 minutes at the property—-half that time was them justifying why they could t offer a solution. Waste of time, energy, and money. Don’t use this company.

    I wouldn’t recommend this company and it took 2 plumbers to look at the issue and he wasn’t even sure what was causing the issue, he informed me 350 to pull my toilet up to see what’s causing the issue. Then he said my water heater was 6 years old and needed to be replaced, insurance covered the water heater but the company wanted to charge $700 for a modification. Now I’m having to get another company out because my toilets are messing up again and this company just supposedly fixed the toilet in Feb.
