We had a colony of bats in our attic. South Central Home Solutions arrived promptly, removed the bats, and sealed their entry point. Problem solved. They were professional, prompt, and more than capable. I recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Victor is a true man of his word and knows his stuff. I have called him out to my mother’s house several times this summer alone. Victor came in a timely manner every time and assisted with wildlife animals in my mom’s yard. Every call he has went above and beyond I 10/10 recommend.

Adding a star for quick service.

I reached out to this company on a weekend for a pest problem. Not being an entomologist, I wasn’t sure what insect I was dealing with but knew it was better to leave this to the professionals after witnessing two people who tried to help me get rid of the pest getting injured.

The next day, South Central was able to come by. They listened to my story, decided a removal wasn’t necessary, and used spray to get rid of the pests. While this is happening, the employee Victor was very nonchalant, acting as if this wasn’t a big deal when I had seen people get injured just the day before.

We stood and waited for about 15 minutes to see if the pests would leave. Victor was so sure that the pests were all gone and drove off. He never introduced his services, said what he was going to do, pricing, or anything else besides saying how long the spray would last (30 days).

A day or two after this, the pests were still there. Victor and company had the nerve to send me a quote for almost a thousand dollars to make repairs where the pest was. To go from no quote, no explanation, and gaslighting to a huge estimate was very off putting. They kept nagging me via text about the estimate as well. Plus the spray didn’t really work! And Victor was late. Even though I was their first appointment for the day.

Grateful for the fast response and apparently the “complimentary” spray bottle service, I will give them two stars, but I don’t appreciate the lack of professionalism. I don’t think I’d use this company again.

While I acknowledge that multiple inspections were conducted, the follow-up communication and effectiveness of the service didn’t meet my expectations. Each time I was told, Everything’s good “ yet the critter problem persisted, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. Regarding the payment dispute, I felt compelled to take that step due to ongoing issues I faced after your services. It wasn’t my intention to take advantage of anyone; rather, I sought a resolution to a problem that remained unresolved. I believe it’s crucial for potential customers to understand both sides of this experience. I hope that South Central Wildlife Removal can improve its communication and service effectiveness in the future.

My experience with South Central was the worst experience that I’ve had with a company. The service advertised certainly didn’t live up to the service that was received. The initial assessment went fine, but all follow up encounters were horrible.They sent out Kevin multiple times to address the problem, and each time I was told the same thing Everything Good! You end up getting taken advantage of by losing money, and still being stuck with critters problem in your attic. Not only that, but you also have little or no recourse to recover any of your money back, and then you have to pay another company to assess and fix the same problem that you hired this company to do, so now you’re out even more money. This company has been out to my house so many times I still hear noise in my attic every time they came out to check they say everything is good that’s a lie .I remember calling Ray because I kept seeing flies in my guest bedroom upstairs I stated to him that it’s something in my attic dead he in so many words he said it’s nothing. He stated that he will send Kevin out . And guest what Kevin found a dead mice and a big whole that they didn’t caught when they first came out to do my $2300.00 dollars job. I never want to discredit a company but South central I would never recommend to anyone.

Their service is fast but beware if you don't buy their bulletproof package of $1,500 they will not stand behind any other work. Paid them $675 to fix a few holes from squirrels and to set traps. They set one trap and removed it after one week. Squirrel problem still persisted so they came back out and found another spot but it would be $475 for them to fix it and set another trap, but again it's not guaranteed. They kept pushing their $1,500 bulletproof package. Told them to leave, and hired Mission Pest Management. $499 and they will continue to trap until all animals have been removed.

I must commend the swift and efficient service provided by the wildlife expert Kevin for a surprise visitor – a snake in my home. Their prompt response saved the day, handling the situation professionally and without fear.

Amazing consumer service. Quickly fixed my bay window and trapped the squirrels within 24 hours. I am extremely pleased how Ray and his team was able to remove the squirrels. They are the best!!!!

Contacted this company to remove a snake and was able to make a same day appointment no problem for a reasonable quote. Two gentleman came out only to find my snake had escaped the area it was sighted. They still did a thorough inspection of my yard to find him including looking under structures. Unfortunately they were not able to find him and I felt bad they wasted their time but they were great about it and asked me to call at any point If I see him. Since then they have followed up twice just to check. So for me the customer service was top tier. Their card is on my fridge for when that snake returns.

I hated to do it because I am a lover of nature, but those squirrels were trying to get into my home, so they had to go! I called South Central and I met Ray. They set the trap and allowed it to stay a week or two later just to make sure they were truly evicted. Sure enough, maybe a week later we heard movement in the attic again. I text Ray again and while they were coming to retrieve the initial trap, they spotted another opening. Ray offered to seal that entry up an no charge. He said he noticed the squirrels leaving that hole when he got up there, so he didn't need to set another trap unless we wanted one. I must say, I appreciate the service and patience. I must have text Ray a dozen times. He always responds and his explanations are thorough. Also, after seeing the list of other services offered on the back of the card, I will definitely be reaching out.

Joshua and Jockien did a great job of explaining the process for the water restoration work. They also use state of the art equipment to ensure the job is done right the first time. They answered all my questions thoroughly and I would certainly recommend them.

I want to give my most sincere thanks to the team at Champion cleaning systems. I contacted them at 9 PM at night and they immediately answered. The next day Jockien was promptly out to assess the situation and made arrangements for swift mitigation of my water damage. I want to thank the other part of the team that mitigated the water damage as well! Thank you Calvin, thank you Mitchell, thank you Mike! I would recommend Champion to anybody at any time!

This is the most outstanding company at an extremely stressful and difficult time! Basement flood and reconstruction such a mess and potential nightmare! These guys came out on Sunday Jose and Mitchell and we’re so happy to help and assure me all would be well! Then first thing Monday Brian, Hunter, Jose, Tanner, Mike and Calvin came each day and were so kind and professional! I’ve already referred your company to several people! ! Company was very fast at getting someone out. Joshua B. was our evaluator and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't go with the service due to the issue not being too serious.

Mitchell and Stevie did an outstanding job remediating water damage in my main floor bathroom. They were thorough, courteous, and there is hardly any evidence I had a water issue.

This company is by far one of the best that we have worked with. From the first telephone call to the final process the communication was flawless. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk with. Questions were answered without hesitation. Kudos to Joshua, Kyle, Jose, Mike, Aaron, Hunter, Steven N and Kyler. First thing I would say for people wanting a fast review is there is not enough stars in the world to rate Champion.
Starting with Jolan Washington,an amazing man when he says it will be OK, We got you- He means it with every piece of his existence.(hence the word, disaster mitigation) He Listened to everything I said, and looked at everything. He explained everything step-by-step that his company will do to dry out my house from a pipe burst, he told me he would have someone come in every day to see my numbers and adjust the fans and equipment to the problem area so the job was done fast because he knew the noise would be hard on my family. (He wasn’t concerned about just making more money). He helped me call my insurance company to make sure I was covered before starting the job(Very important). Then he sent me Aaron Noble. He was the kindest human being on earth. He explained everything he was doing showed me the results every day. He took the time to get down on his knees and talk to my granddaughter to make her feel better about what was happening. Him just taking the time in his day made me realize what was really important, it wasn’t getting the job done but helping getting us through the job comfortably and calmly. Bless you, Aaron.
Jolan also recommended a great plumber to repair the pipe. He came right away and repaired the busted pipe and was very reasonably priced. I was very happy. Jolan also recommended a packout company and they are going to pack out all my family belongings so the contractor can come and replace the floor and ceiling that needed repair. The contractor he recommended I have met with and I can tell I’m in good hands with him too. To sum it up, Champion is not only the best company but they also pick the best companies to compete the job. Because not only do they want to make sure their job is done correctly but that at the end you and your family life’s are better than normal and you are happy. Great company ! Andrew and his team are extremely professional and respectful. They communicated very well with me daily and super respectful of my house and belongings. Andrew went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and to answer any questions we had! I would go with these guys again if I ever need them.

Hunter and Jose came out to do water mitigation for my home after water damage. They both were very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and showed compassion for what I had experienced. They answered all my questions and kept me apprised of the procedure. They work well together as a team. Did great work in a timely manner.

Champion was amazing. I called them panicked when another company had, what seemed like intentionally, left my house soaked in water for days in an attempt to cause more damage and raise expenses. They came out within hours, put me at ease, and got right to work fixing everything. They walked me through every step of the process and made sure all of my questions were answered. They even helped me contact my insurance company. When the work began, they went out of their way to keep me informed, and took every precaution to make sure that my family and pets were safe. Andrew and Andriy went above and beyond. They came back daily and did a fantastic job at communicating every step of the way. They’ve even checked in on us twice since the job has been complete, just to make sure that we’re still being supported throughout the rebuild stage and don’t have any additional questions for insurance, etc. We couldn’t be more happy that we chose Champion and I couldn’t recommend them more!

We had a faulty wax line that caused sewage to leak under our hardwood floors. Champion was out and began work immediately. From the first meet with Andrew, the constant communication with the on site team and the through the insurance process, they made us feel like we were in the best hands. Would definitely recommend!!
