I hired Jones Climate Control to remove my old HVAC system and ductwork due to mold issues. Kevin designed a new, more efficient duct layout and installed a Trane variable-speed unit with three zones. I was very impressed with how the crew kept my encapsulated crawl space clean and took the time to ensure everything was properly insulated and sealed. It was a pleasure working with Rockey, Kevin, Johnnie, Jason, and JJ.

Very friendy. They explained what need to be done to my broken heater and showed me the problem areas. They also answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Nice and clean instilation and clean up. I would recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Installed my pool gas line very neatly. Cared about the gas line matching my house color so they went the extra mile and painted the gas line. Strongly Strongly recommend.

Jones Climate Control does a great job. We love their bi-annual service plan and feel like it helps significantly with our HVAC system lifespan and improves our indoor air quality.

I had a very good expereience with Jones Climate. I called due to an issue with my furnace, and they were prompt and knowdgeable from the get-go. They accomodated a same day visit and had my hvac system up and running within a few hours after my call.

The technician was able to perform a detailed inspection of my unit and provide options to get my unit up and running for a very fair price. My heat went out at the beginning of December, and several large HVAC companies told me the repair would be over $5,000 and that replacing the entire unit would make more sense. After getting multiple replacement quotes, I decided to call one more company and spoke with Rocky.

Based on what I explained and what other companies had already told me, Rocky discussed replacing the blower as a possible repair and had a technician out the very next day. After the visit, he followed up with two clear options, a blower replacement or a full system replacement.

What really stood out was that the replacement system he quoted was actually a better unit than what others had offered and would have cost me less. I chose the blower replacement instead, which came in under $1,000 and saved me thousands. The blower has been working perfectly.

Rocky and his team were responsive, honest, and gave me options without pressure. I’ll be a customer for life and couldn’t recommend them enough.

The Jones tech is the most knowledgeable and experienced on mini-splits and I’ve had several with issues for over 12 years. I give this tech and the company the highest marks. Arrived early, quickly diagnosed the issue and discussed my options.very professionally.

They were very nice and professional! They came out to assess my heating emergency within 2 hours of making a call and Kevin (technician) was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and honest! I can’t recommend them enough!

I had an HVAC company come to my property to replace an older unit with an updated one and they screwed everything up. I wasn’t getting any heat and I was told that my tenants didn’t know how to use the thermostat properly. Tired of going in circles with that company, I was referred to Jones Climate Control.
