Simply amazed service like this still exists. I called Reynaud with an HVAC issue on a Friday afternoon. Were it possible to have someone home, they would have handled it the same day. They came out the following day, a Saturday, for the repair. I thought I would be gouged on the price, having this being handled for a tenant while I was out of town and not there to witness the work. That didn't happen. Absolutely wonderful experience.

He came in. He checked the system outside. He’s everything looked fine to him so he had to do nothing to it. He just came and checked it. He checked the filter things he went upstairs. Check it was $79 And I gave $80. He’s a nice man. He explained everything to me. Nothing was wrong with it the system. The things I see Don at the bottom of this list he has to do none of those

Reynaud HVAC is excellent! We had our unit completely replaced last year due to a grounded compressor, and mismatched handler, from years of home warranty repairs doing bandaid and patch work until there were no patches left to make.

Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and explains problems and solutions all in a way that anyone can understand. He is thorough in his walk through after his guys are done making sure that everything is done correctly and making any adjustments needed.

We recently had a part (something like the control panel) go bad on the furnace/handler in the attic within the warranty period and he came out himself super quickly to get the part ordered and replaced and the problem repaired. We didn't have to call repeatedly or beg for service. He was so communicative and we really appreciate the hard work and diligence to make sure everything was handled properly.

I have used Mark for years. In 2019, I had a Freon leak and he filled my outside unit. It lasted until this year. He put in a new unit and I financed at 0 percent for 2 years at 330 per month. Great deal and great work. My power bill has gone down tremendously. I never realized how hard my old unit was working to produce cold air. I highly recommend him. Outstanding service!

Mark was fantastic! I was able to get a quick appointment. He was on time. And most importantly he did a wonderful job while saving me a ton of money! I thought I was going to need a whole new AC unit, but it was my smart thermostat going bad (thankfully under its separate warranty still). As a woman it can be stressful calling in a repairman. Mark was very polite and helpful, listened carefully to my concerns, never talked down to me, and even gave me some good educational information about my system. I will call him every time and recommend him to all my friends!! AA++

Jones Climate Control has taken care of all of my HVAC needs over the last almost 8 years since I bought my home. They serviced a 25+ year old unit for years until it died (didn’t pressure me to get a new one) and then installed a new one. All the technicians are so nice and easy to work with and take time to answer any questions. Rockey has been great in making sure everything is running well and at fair prices. Highly recommend working with Jones.

The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly explained each step. They cleaned up thoroughly after the installation and my new systems are working perfectly! We had our first maintenance check. A leak was located and a big clog. Everything was taken care of and every detail was explained and the expectation to resolve the issue went beyond. I am grateful for this company. They actually care and do as they say, and more.

I love these guys! Rocky is always friendly and helpful on the phone and always gets some one out fast. Kevin Sneed came to service and do a major clean up of my AC systems. It was a heck of a job!!! Kevin takes a great deal of pride in his work! So clean!! He is thorough, careful and meticulous; easy to talk to and he takes time to share knowledge of your systems in a way that is helpful and supportive. Very happy with work done and the whole experience beginning to end!

Jones Climate Control has always been there for me in an emergency, and solved the problem the very next day. This time, the AC motor gave out, but Kevin informed me of all my options. Great service!

Kevin came out to our house to investigate why our A/C went out. It turned out to be a dead capacitor. One hour later, we were back in business with ice cold air conditioning. Kevin was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very pleased.

Great experience, working with Rocky, Jonny and Jason were wonderful, if your looking for some folks to work with that know what they are doing and produce results your expecting, these are guys you can trust and rest easy.

Our installation was not the norm, they paid attention to the details that made our mini split system work beautifully. We have had trouble with an area of our home, that is now so comfortable. I was so skeptical… and now a believer. So glad we partnered with them.
