I regret to say this but we used this service early July 2022 . Al was actually referred by Home Depot. We hired him to install a wifi thermostat. Unfortunately he was unable to do so due to it not being compatible. It was hard to believe since the home previously had a Nest (modern wifi thermostat) . We still paid him $100 for “trying” to install such thermostat. As of yesterday we cut our heater on & it no longer works. It’s is now cold temperatures in Ga. We asked he do a courtesy visit & identify the problem . Due to him being out of town he referred some one else but they will charge a fee. Being business owners ourselves we are disappointed,we would go back and take a look at no charge whether it be me or someone that I’m referring. That is customer service. However since he’s out of town till “November “ we now have to come out of pocket again. Please hire a professional! I will have to inform Home Depot aswell. We are living in hard times and I can’t believe this could happen to anyone else unable to afford this.
