We hired Venyscapes for a $30K project that included 4 dry wells and 3 rain gardens and we are happy with the results. Carlos and Gary are professionals in their field and the finished product shows such. In addition, Carlos was present for the final site inspection the following week in the tough arena that is Sandy Springs. If you have a complex and/or expensive project, I do recommend Venyscapes.

A++ Top notch work from Carlos and his team! I bought a house from an investor who cut a ton of corners while renovating (another review for another day) and I inherited a number of issues related to water intrusion. Long story short, water was pooling at the base of the side door every time it rained and negligence from the prior owner resulted in a significant amount of drywall and flooring that needed to be ripped out for remediation.

In order to get to the root of the problem I had several contractors provide their professional POV on drainage systems. Carlos came back with a smart AND cost effective solution. He was thorough with his proposal, providing photographs marked up and a detailed description. He was honest and didn’t attempt to sell me any ridiculous services through scare tactics as others had.

The work involved pulling up concrete at the side of the house and redoing it to create a proper slope for rainfall to drain away from the house foundation. The cement by the door was cut into to make way for a drain and a channel drain was installed with a basin to catch runoff from a neighbors house that is at a higher elevation than my home. The gutter downspouts flow directly into the drain to redirect water away from the house, and gutter guards were installed to protect the integrity of the drainage system.

The job was done in two days, and Carlos and his team were friendly, helpful and talented. My once soaked walls are now dry after several heavy storms. Thanks to Carlos’s knowledge and expertise I can now move on from this water damage and begin putting my home back together. Note: I want to caveat that this particular job focuses on function rather than aesthetics, which was important to me given the high priority projects with the home running concurrently.

If you're experiencing drainage issues do yourself a favor and call Venyscapes! We've always had issues with ponding water in our yard until we called the professionals at Venyscapes. I was nervous of the mess it would leave behind, but let me tell you they showed up and worked with precision, got the job completed cleaned up far beyond my expectations! After the job was completed and we finally got some rain to test the system we noticed a spot were water was still ponding. I reached back out to them and within a weeks time they were back out to add more pipe and another catch basin. Thank you Carlos for you've done!

After a severe storm knocked down two large trees in my backyard, my 30-year-old drain lines were significantly damaged. Although the storm-damaged lines were repaired, stormwater was not flowing from the front of my house. Carlos's team thoroughly investigated and located two compromised buried lines, going beyond the initial scope of work to resolve the issue completely.

I was extremely impressed with their initiative and problem-solving skills. They discussed the strategy for finding the issue and the most cost-effective solutions with me every step of the way. The adjusted price for this additional work was very reasonable.

This was truly a 5-star service experience.

I hired Venyscapes to replace my front lawn with sod. Carlos and his installation team lead by Gary did a great job of prepping and laying the new sod. First they tilled it and leveled out some holes and sunken places. Then they added topsoil and tilled it in. Finally they tamped it down and made it flat before laying the sod on top. I have had sod installed other times and NOBODY prepped the soil like this. And because Carlos used an app for measuring the area more accurately the price was the best quote I got.

We had our backyard fully dome with Venyscapes. They did an incredible job installing a paver patio with a firepit and sod for the whole yard. We are verry pleased with all the services they performed.

Venyscapes landscaping and its crew did my back yard as the grass was dying and looking really ugly. They got rid of all the weeds, leveled the ground , and put new sod . Everything was done exactly as explained it would be done. They did an excellent job. Venyscapes and its crew were wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves, work was done in the time frame promised and with high level of expertise and efficiency!

We had concerns about water pulling in our front yard so we found this company on google they have great reviews so we gave them a call they came out the same day to take pictures and find a solution for the water pulling. We came to an agreement and 2 days later the work was done installing a catch basin and connecting all downspouts. Highly recommend company very professional. Thanks guys

I hired Venyscapes to improve the drainage system in my side yard as it was very prone to clogs and flooding during heavy rain, causing mulch to float away and water to pool in places where it could seep into the garage. Carlos did a great job with designing an improved system that provides significantly increased drainage volume and additional, easier access points for servicing and cleaning. The team did a great job with the installation and the results are looking good so far with not a hint of flooding after the storms we’ve had since the job was done.
