Carlos & his team were a pleasure to work with. The initial estimate was easy to schedule, he provided the quote was delivered promptly & we were able to schedule the work soon after. They did their work in one day & left the yard looking the same as it looked prior to beginning their work. I highly recommend them!!

It was a pleasure working with Venyscapes on our church garden project. Carlos was very professional and did everything as promised. He arrived on time and completed the project on time. He went over and above our agreement to implement changes that arose during the project. I plan to use Venyscapes again in the future.

Carlos and his team did a great job addressing a drywell issue and later returning to fix a sinkhole. Both repairs were handled professionally and efficiently, and the team followed through to make sure the issues were resolved properly. We appreciate their responsiveness and quality of work. They went above and beyond with grading, drainage work, and cleanup, and even handled extra bush removal as they welcomed us to a new neighborhood and clearing at no additional cost.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Venyscapes Landscaping and expressed my concerns directly to the on-site manager. This was not an inexpensive project, so when I requested that something be done exactly like the picture I provided—and was assured it could be—I expected it to meet those standards. Price was not my issue; quality and accuracy were.

Before the project was even completed, I noticed several problems. First, the design looked nothing like the picture I provided. The width was incorrect, and the overall aesthetics were completely off. Second, the bottom of my backyard fence was damaged during the process. They installed a drain to redirect water, but instead of doing it properly, they directed it toward a wooded area beyond my fence. It appears the trench was not dug deep enough, which caused the damage.

When I addressed this with the manager, I assumed all the damage would be repaired—unfortunately, I was wrong. Initially, he tried to suggest that the fence was old and weak because water had previously pooled in that area. That was completely inaccurate, as I had just replaced that section of the fence after a tree had fallen on it. In the end, they only repaired a small portion, leaving me responsible for fixing the remaining damage and re-staining the fence at my own expense.

I truly thought I had vetted this company by reading reviews and reviewing their portfolio, but I was mistaken. I do not recommend Venyscapes Landscaping and will not use them again. When you charge a customer $7,000 for a project, it should not be rushed. The job should be done correctly the first time, and if mistakes happen, the company should make them right—at no additional cost to the customer. Professional work should reflect professionalism.

These guys are impressive. From the very first consultation, Carlos walked the yard and meticulously developed a drainage plan down to the smallest details, demonstrating exceptional expertise. Despite the frustrating weather, the scheduling and communication remained seamless. The hardworking team completed the project beautifully, going above and beyond within reasonable time, and leaving us thoroughly satisfied. Carlos, Gary, and their crew were always highly professional, considerate, and exceptionally respectful of our property.
