The team, Bre, Carlaina, Whitney and Shey, did an amazing job. They are professional and very thorough. My home is clean and smells wonderful. All areas cleaned as expected, no shortcuts. They communicated with me through the whole process ensuring needs were met.

Wow! What a wonderful Gift to myself!! I scheduled the spring cleaning service for my home that I share with my family and pets. They did a fabulous job! When I walked in it smelled super fresh! The crew was careful & paid attention to details! I have scheduled a routine cleaning for every other week and I am so thrilled that I have! My crew today was Sia, Caralina and Maddison. Thanks for a fabulous job ladies!!!!

Team 31 always does an outstanding job of cleaning my home. On the last visit they vacuumed my couch cushions and really went above and beyond. I have dark couches and a dog that is a heavy shedder with light colored fur. The team had the couches looking like new.

We used It's Maid Day for a deep clean and they were phenomenal. Crystal, Kristy and Florence were efficient, respectful and did a wonderful job cleaning our home.
We will definitely use them again the next time we need our home cleaned.

I used this service for a deluxe clean and I was exceptionally pleased! They were efficient and thorough and very responsive to specific request. They were also very timely, got right to work and made suggestions as needed to accommodate my preferences. Pleasantly surprised by the number of areas in my house that were covered in the deluxe clean. Will definitely use again!

We've been with Maid Day for more than a year. And we decided to stop using the cleaning service. The quality has been degraded. The quality of service I received today is worth 1-2 star in my eyes. I updated it to 3-star from 5 just because we used to enjoy the service.

From my recent experiences, quality varies greatly depending on cleaners. Last year, the quality used to stay on top consistently. This year, not sure why, but the quality of service fluctuated by a lot. It has been headed to the point where we finally wanted to pull the plug. Particularly, the service we had today was the new lowest point.

I've met many great & hard-working cleaners from Maid Day a year ago (Bre & Shey I mentioned below). It used to be great a year ago. Not anymore.

Asia, Chantel, and Maddison did a first time spring clean in my home today and where amazing! My house looks great and they were super patient with me since I didn't get a chance to tidy up some areas. Love this service and looking forward to working with them again!

It's Maid Day does an excellent job at cleaning our house. We keep it picked up, but as busy people we can't always clean. They get into the corners and crevices and makes our house shine!

Today was my second house cleaning service and I am very pleased with the results. I waited until the second visit before posting a review because I wanted to make sure they were being consistent with the work. They arrived on time as scheduled. We reviewed the last visit first and then discussed what needed to be done at today's visit. Bre and Shey are a pleasure to work with. Very professional and thorough. I will recommend this company's service to family and friends.

The team of ladies sent to my home worked quickly and were very professional and respectful. Carlaina was a great team lead and was super communicative the whole time. Good value as well and would definitely use their services again!

We hired and received services from It's Maid Day for a while. The service was not always of 5-star quality, but it was usually okay. We were satisfied some days and unsatisfied other days. The quality of service varied every month. However, today, we were very upset because:
1) The vacuum was not properly done. Dirt or debris was visible in areas like the living room and kitchen.
2) The bedmaking was also not properly done. A blanket was half spread on the bed and half crumpled. Nobody would believe that the bed was made.
3) Trash cans were not emptied, which they usually did.
4) Finally, we lost an object placed next to the bathroom sink, which seems like a kid's toy but is a very important one. We have never lost a single object before.

We decided not to use this service anymore, not because of today's situation but because of previous days of unsatisfying service over the years we have put up with.

I had a Spring Cleaning of my home yesterday and this was my first time using this company. Communication upfront and expectations from the company and myself were always clear. I expected 2 cleaner’s however I ended up with 5 cleaners which made the job completion faster. The cleaners were professional & respectful of my property & I have signed up for recurring cleanings. Kudos to my cleaning team Crystal, Bre, Carlaina, Jamie & Michele!

I get a deluxe clean every 2 weeks and it has been wonderful. I had one experience with Shay today and was very professional. Bre is the team leader and always perform a walk through to make sure that the quality remains high.
This is a wonderful company to have home cleaned, including the front office being attentive. There arrival at my home ready to work with a smile and enthusiasm is first class service.

Crystal and Jahkita really did a phenomenal job at my home today! This is my second experience with "Its Maid Day" and they've again proven to be worth the investment. The team arrived exactly when expected. They were extremely professional and the cleaning was thorough.

This is an odd company. They ask me to review them online and to only say good things about them so that the ladies who clean my home will get a tip. The cleaning ladies on Team 32 did an excellent job as always. My home is sparkling when they leave. I have only good things to say about the quality of the cleaners.

One thing I like about the management of this office is that they send the cleaners at a time convenient to me,. On all other matters, I'm not so impressed with the management of this organization. I prefer to have contact with one particular office person but never do. I have requested a specific cleaner be sent to my home. She was sent once but has never been sent again.

The company says it will call me the day before and the day after the cleaning. They usually, not always, call the day before, but have only called me once to check on the quality of the cleaning the day after.
