Quick and efficient...

Well done. We had to wait a bit on equipment because of own hone warranty, but as soon as all the parts were available they came right out.

We've used them twice for different issues. They were always responsive, quality
and on time. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

this company just wasn’t helpful where my lack of a/c was concerned. they checked it multiple times & were paid for their visits. but they didn’t offer any feasible short-term options for my family. slow to follow up where phone calls are concerned. pretty long hold times. we just weren’t their ideal customers nor were they ideal a/c providers for us.

The dispatcher was friendly and thorough, I received text message updates prior to the service, the technician arrived at the scheduled time and was quick and did a great job. Will absolutely give them a call any time I've got an AC issue.

Best call for service I ever made. There's nothing worse than a furnace that stops working at the beginning of a cold weekend. Not only did Lyons Heating return my call quickly, they came out on a Saturday. Mr. Lyons diagnosed the problem with my furnace explaining everything that needed to be done and why. Best of all he repaired and serviced my furnace and his fee was very reasonable.

I had a great experience with Lyons Heating & AC. They responded in a record amount of time and were professional throughout our interaction. They even took pictures under my crawl space to show my what was done and what needed to be done. I highly recommend them for services.

Our AC units weren’t properly fitted with filters upon installation, and one of the units was experiencing a leak that resulted in getting nothing more than room temperature air pumping through the house. We went through our home warranty and had the pleasure of working with Lyons to resolve the issue.

I was assigned this company through my Home Warranty Company this morning. I took the intiative and called the company directly after being given the phone number by the HW company. I was greeted with the sweetest most polite voice... Mrs. Mary. She listened intently regarding my issue and told me that they could get to me TODAY between 11:00 am and 3 pm, with a 30 minutes head up. ALL OF THIS TOOK PLACE just as she said! They text at 2:30 and were ringing the doorbell by 3:00!

Also, Mr. Lyons, was very pleasant and explained things to me that I did not know that would be helpful moving forward. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue immediately.

This was ABSOLUTELY THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE....especially dealing with no air when the temps are super warm.

I appreciate them SO MUCH and will be adding them to my vendor list. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE, beginning to end!

Mr. Lyons was great !! Very informative and knowledgeable ! I explained that my oldest son had Epilepsy and that the heat triggers his seizures. Mr. Lyons took that into consideration and was very prompt about getting my AC working. There was a little issue but Mr. Lyons corrected it immediately and treated my home as if I was family ! Very polite and I would recommend this company to anyone needing service !! Exceptional customer service !! If I could give 10 stars I would ! Other companies I had spoken too, was telling me 2 to 3 weeks to have it up and running, but Mr. Lyons gave a couple of days max ! Job well done ! I really appreciate this company and their hard work !! He had to come out a few times to complete service, his wife scheduled promptly !! She's a great asset to the business and very professional ! Coming out several times did not bother Mr. Lyons ! His main focus was good quality service !! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH !

Lyons Air Conditioning is truly the best! Mary & Mitchell are a dynamic duo! When I called about my broken AC Mary put me on their schedule right away. They were at my home within hours on the same day. Mr. Lyons, is a pro at what he does. He didn’t even have to step inside to fix my AC — that’s how skilled he is! They make a wonderful duo no-nonsense, and completely focused on their customers needs. Definitely a 10/10 experience — highly recommend!
