I was very happy with the work New Heights did at our house. Our heat wasn’t working and Lavar came in diagnosed then fixed the problem within 45mins. The rates are also very reasonable.

I have used this company twice. Last summer 2023 for my salon, my a/c unit was acting up and he came out and figured out what was going on with my unit. Mind you I had two other companies come out and couldn’t help me with solving the issue my a/c. I appreciate his patience and getting to the bottom of what was wrong with it. I also used this company earlier this year 2024, for my house. My upstairs unit kept cutting off, I explained what was going on he immediately came out and fixed it. Mind you he is reasonably price and I appreciate his time management.

I’ve known Lavar and New Heights for the last 17 years. They provided a thorough examination of my two older AC units of 23 years and determined that while they are older they still work well. Lavar didn’t pressure me into purchasing a new unit at this time and explained his reasons with clear intent. The diagnostic rate was very fair for the unit inspections especially considering both professionals thoroughly went through two units and two indoor furnaces. I highly recommended New Heights if you want an excellent fair interpretive diagnosis. He gave us a thorough inspection after 3 other companies visited with unsuccessful analysis. He dived deep into the issues based on our explanation of what was happening. He was excellent in communicating and personable. He diagnosed and repaired the problem successfully. Our repair cost went from thousands (with other companies) to a few hundred. I had a professional experience with this company. All commitments were met and timely. I was advised on what was transpiring throughout the process. They sent out appropriate items needed for present and future reference. They sent pictures of the completed work since I was out state without being requested which was very thoughtful and nice. Cleanup was done and all trash was removed. The payment process was very easy to complete. I’m a satisfied customer. They are highly recommended. I’ll be telling my single girl friends that this is a company they can trust.

Lavar is the owner and technician. June & July in Georgia were host to some HOT climate conditions that put most AC systems in overdrive. The next available date for service wouldn't be until the end of July. He followed up with me to understand the issue and offered some tips to follow until he could check it out. Lavar called me to check the status of the appointment. He told me his ETA and arrived prepared to take action. 45 minutes later he refilled the system with freon and checked the system for other issues. Everything is functioning properly, and cooling seems to be restored to a comfortable level. The service price was reasonable, and the expertise was exceptional.

My experience with New Heights has always been excellent. I'm a loyal customer and highly reccommed this company. I had our residental ducts cleaned and filter replaced. Lavar was on time and called 1st to let me know he was on his way. The job was done right and he explained the process. Again, I'm a loyal customer.

If you're looking for a reliable and professional company, New Heights Heating and Air is it! LaVar arrived on time, listened to what I thought was the issue ( turned out it was my thermostat), replaced it and the filter, and checked/cleaned my AC unit before leaving. I was so impressed with the professionalism and LaVar taking the time to explain the importance of ongoing maintenance that I signed up for the maintenance package (worth it if you don't want to crawl unto your crawl space every 6 months). This is the company for your HVAC needs!
