Excellent technicians. Came out and got me fixed up asap

Komery's employees have been professional, observed safe COVID-19 practices, were empathetic, kind, on time, and more. I've experienced a few issues with my packaged Rheem unit, which is unfortunate, but Komery's team has taken care of it for me a few times. They've helped make a tough situation (no AC during hot days) better for me and my family.

As a General Contractor, I've used Komery for the past 15 years and am professionally very satisfied with the quality of their work and level of service they provide my customers. I highly recommend them to other GC's, Builders, Commercial Businesses and Individual Home Owners!

I appreciate prompt service. The Komery technician was on time and was polite. I thought it was great that he put booties over his shoes so that he didn't track dirt into my house. I'd recommend these guys!

Great Customer Service! Excellent Techician***

I called this “company” to check out my ac unit after it had gone out. They came and replaced the compressor and a year later the compressor went out again. I contacted them to explain that my ac wasn’t functioning again and asked what my options were. They sent out a technician who stated that my compressor was bad after getting a “brand new” one only ONE YEAR PRIOR and advised that it needed to be replaced. To make a long story short, he removed my compressor, took it with him and NEVER returned. I was left without a compressor that I paid for. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. I called the office and was told that they could bring the part that they removed but it wouldn’t be in working condition and I would still have to pay. The office staff is VERY disrespectful, rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will warn everyone I know about this circus!

We have used Komery for all of our HVAC needs for almost 25 years. They have maintained the HVAC systems that came with our house 24 years ago and then replaced them as they reached end of useful life. The products and the installations have always been thorough and professional. All of the technicians have been good but Frank is outstanding.

Felt like they were very honest with pricing and friendly, great customer service! The workers were friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. They finished my basement heating and cooling. They did a great job! They were at my house on time the days they were scheduled! I live in Cumming so It was ways drive! I would recommend them!

We want to commend the excellent job that Komery did on our (original) 41 year old rigid metal ductwork for our HVAC system in the attic. Facilitated by Mr. Jamie and set up by Mr. Karl, the hardworking professional team of Mr. Greg, Mr. Donnie, and Mr. Grant tirelessly worked from the hour they arrived to when they finished. They were respectful of our home and laid down drop cloths and donned booties to keep our foyer, carpeted stairs, and hallway clean. They patiently explained and addressed all our questions. They forwarded scope pictures and video of the interior of our ducts and the sealing work they did. They collected the debris generated and disposed of it before they left. They even re-attached the hanging arm anchor of our pull down attic ladder. We are extremely pleased and grateful for service well done!

I simply asked for HVAC estimates and they put me on a do not service list when I called for an appointment, so discriminatory but can easily take my business elsewhere. Unacceptable behavior for a business.

Excellent service - Frank is one of the best technicians- friendly, knowledgeable and always professional.

Communication was a bit lacking to get our AC repaired, but once they arrived to fix it, they got the job done quickly and efficiently with a 3-man crew. Pricing is fairly competitive as well.

We had a water pouring from our attic coming from our overflow pan and Frank came out and found a clog and fixed it right away! It was such a relief to know that it was an easy fix and we didn't have to worry about more leakage and water damage!

I won't lie, Karl is awesome, my customers love him, even the ones I have referred him too. Business for me started picking up in June, which is ver unusual. I refer him out to customers I don't even work for. Tim next door got a whole new air conditioning system, He loves it and thanks me all the time for referring Komery, Good price and Great Service. As a General Contractor I recieve a lot of jobs that require HVAC work. Just one call to Karl, I always know it will be done right the first time.
