The first time I used PM service was June 2024 when my newly purchased home would not cool. Mr. M. took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my AC, no confusing jargon, just straight talk. He pointed out the poor, dusty filter, purchased, replaced it with a fresh one. And might I add he purchased a second filter for future replacement.

I use PM service again last we to replace the filter he in and out in less than 30 mins and the price was beyond reasonable, esp. when you are afraid to go in the crawl space☺️

What I really appreciated is he didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, just a thorough checkup and a clear explanation of what was necessary.

PM was referred to me by a friend and as they say the rest is history—I call him when I need a repair of some sort for my HVAC system. Very professional and gets to you the same day if at all possible. Kudos to this company.

Mr.Perez was awesome! His staff and himself installed our furnace and a new thermostat within 4 hours and price was extremely reasonable. Being without air for weeks for extremely hard, but we were able to get a scheduled appointment with Perez within 2 days. My husband and I will recommend him anytime!

After discovering a gas leak and having the gas company repair the meter, my furnace still needed repair. I found PM Services on google and he came the same evening to replace leaking valves. The furnace also needed a control board to work and it was raining and getting cold. I was so glad that PM services found a control board and installed it early the next morning. My furnace is in a crawl space and not easy to sccess, but he completed the work in less than 24 hours so that I now have my heat restored. This is an excellent way to do business and so professional and fast! Highly recommended at a reasonable price! Thanks so much

Perez installed a replacement AC for us a couple of years back for a great price.
It stopped working due to a faulty wiring when someone else updated our thermostat to an ecobee. Just a couple of messages and Perez was here to fix it for us. Professional, friendly, fast and fair!

Very fast and professional, fixed my problems in no time, they also put in my ac unit about two years ago and it works great.

Mr. PM arrived on time, assessed the situation, and successfully repaired my unit. I appreciate his professionalism, as I am always apprehensive about having a strangers in my home. He knocked and asked permission each time before he entered. He explained what was broken and gave me the cost prior to making the repair. My AC unit is now back in tiptop working condition. Georgia in the summer is brutal. Unfortunately my system went on the blink and I needed help. It was registering 91° upstairs in my home. I called PM Dervice from a list that I received from my warranty company since I am new to the area. He came out the same day but by the time he got here, my air had start back working. He didn't charge. Two days later the same thing happened and again he got here and the system.was working. I ended up getting my 3 systems serviced and changed my thermostat. About 2 days later....it finally went out and started blowing hot air. When he came this time, on a Saturday, the system was still acting up. He immediately found and fixed the issue. No extra charge Very affordable. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using for regular maintenance from here on out..
