    The first time I used PM service was June 2024 when my newly purchased home would not cool. Mr. M. took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my AC, no confusing jargon, just straight talk. He pointed out the poor, dusty filter, purchased, replaced it with a fresh one. And might I add he purchased a second filter for future replacement. I use PM service again last we to replace the filter he in and out in less than 30 mins and the price was beyond reasonable, esp. when you are afraid to go in the crawl space☺️ What I really appreciated is he didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, just a thorough checkup and a clear explanation of what was necessary.     After discovering a gas leak and having the gas company repair the meter, my furnace still needed repair. I found PM Services on google and he came the same evening to replace leaking valves. The furnace also needed a control board to work and it was raining and getting cold. I was so glad that PM services found a control board and installed it early the next morning. My furnace is in a crawl space and not easy to sccess, but he completed the work in less than 24 hours so that I now have my heat restored.
