The first time I used PM service was June 2024 when my newly purchased home would not cool. Mr. M. took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my AC, no confusing jargon, just straight talk. He pointed out the poor, dusty filter, purchased, replaced it with a fresh one. And might I add he purchased a second filter for future replacement.
I use PM service again last we to replace the filter he in and out in less than 30 mins and the price was beyond reasonable, esp. when you are afraid to go in the crawl space☺️
What I really appreciated is he didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, just a thorough checkup and a clear explanation of what was necessary.
If you’re looking for reliable, reasonable service; I highly recommend PM Service.

Thank you for providing great service and recommendations every time I need it. I started using PM Service after my AC stopped working in 2022. PM was referred to me by a friend and as they say the rest is history—I call him when I need a repair of some sort for my HVAC system. Very professional and gets to you the same day if at all possible. Kudos to this company.

Mr.Perez was awesome! His staff and himself installed our furnace and a new thermostat within 4 hours and price was extremely reasonable. Being without air for weeks for extremely hard, but we were able to get a scheduled appointment with Perez within 2 days. My husband and I will recommend him anytime!
