Had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Dillan yesterday to repair my leaking coil on the ac unit. He did an amazing job, explained everything that he was doing and completed the task in a descent time. If you need any work done please dont hesitate to give him a call!!

Dillan was very kind and helpful when our A/C quit. He came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to order the correct parts and return to complete the repair in a few short days. (Ours was a little complicated.) He is very knowledgeable and even gave us a few tips on how to better care for our unit. Good value for our cost!

If I lived in Hampton Georgia Dylan would be the only person I would trust with my HVAC services. I live in NYC and my aunt and grandmother were stuck in a home without heat for over 2 weeks after paying another company to fix it and they never should. After calling around and stumbling upon Dylan he was able to come, fix the problem and save my aunt hundreds of dollars because the other company attempted to upcharge on unnecessary fixes. Dillan was great to work with. He provided me multiple options for a new hvac system and went into great detail explaining pros and cons of each. All work was done on time and with great attention to detail. I’m very pleased with the outcome.

I called in a Monday morning around 10 because I was told by another company it would be two weeks before they could get to me. This was unacceptable with temps over 90°. I was told someone would be out between 4:30 and 5:00 THE SAME DAY! Sure enough, the technician arrived just before 5. The source of the problem was readily identified and repaired. He was sure to get my approval before proceeding. Once the defective part was replaced he removed pine straw from the outside unit, came in and went in the attic to check the condensation line, changed the filter, and sucked out the condensation line from outside. I was very pleased with the knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend this company.

Dillon with D1 is super knowledgeable to have as your HVAC guy. My system is running (limping at 23 years old) through its final years and every season it needs work. I have dealt with many HVAC companies, but D1 has by far been the best with the response time, fairness, honesty, transparency and quality. I am hiring him for my regular maintenance and he will be the one that replaces it when it finally bites the dust. Dillon is respectful, cleans up after his work, and keeps the AC running! You won’t regret hiring them for your HVAC needs.

I used D1HVAC today and I highly recommend them! Very professional, kind and courteous. Wait time was short. Staff very competent and explained everything that was done in a way I could understand. They gave us some tips for how we can save money and get the best out of our AC unit. We have been so hot and uncomfortable for several days but within a few mins they got our AC working again and I was cooling off before they left our home!
