I called D1 HVAC and instead of trying to sell me a service call, Dillan walked me through some common issues over the phone and I was able to get the furnace heating again. That kind of honesty and customer-first attitude is rare these days. Dillan was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help.
