House Cleaning reviews in Suwanee, Georgia

My home cleaning team does a great job, and are friendly and professional. I appreciate the service they provide and the way they provide it and interact with me! Thank you to Molly Maid! I highly recommend them!

Ok, 2 years later I am writing once again to praise my home cleaning team - Lissette, Sonia Elizabeth, and a new member to the team Patricia. I look forward to their visit each month and the wonderful job they do cleaning my home. It is impressive how they quickly do such a great job with the tasks that it takes me much longer to do. They are true home cleaning professionals, and the most friendly and wonderful people you could ever hope to have in your home. Patricia did a great job and is a great addition to the team. If you are looking for a team to clean your home, you will never be disappointed with these wonderful women I am proud and happy to refer to as friends!

Molly Maid service was exceptional. They went above and beyond in their work. My husband was making the bed in our guest room and they asked him to stop because they would do it. The bathrooms sparkled. The whole house was spotless. I have already told 2 friends that are looking for a cleaning service about Molly Maid and how much we liked them. I would recommend them highly to everyone.

This service is truly amazing! Another cleaning company canceled on me the night before my appt & Molly maids saved the day! They came out same day!! I was super surprised and extremely grateful. “Team 3” arrived on time and did an exceptional job! I appreciate how kind and personable they were. I’ll have them returning monthly from now on. I also can’t forget to mention the recurring appt prices are unbeatable!!!

We used the Molly Maid service to do a deep cleaning as we were moving out of our apartment and I must say they did an excellent job! This was my first time using a cleaning service, and they have surpassed my expectations. Will definitely use them in the future!

Fantastic cleaning. Hard workers and a system to get it all done quickly...efficient, thorough, and always pleasant. Love the service!

I recently had an incredible experience with Molly Maid in Suwanee, Georgia. They accommodated a same-day request to clean my downstairs area, and the results were fantastic. The team of three ladies who came were professional, efficient, and exceptionally thorough. They left every corner spotless, with shining floors and a fresh ambiance. Their respect and care for my home were evident, making the entire experience delightful. I highly recommend Molly Maid for their top-notch service and customer care. I am so happy to have this team come over.
Los recomiendo / I do recommend this team and company.

Victoria, Dora, and Carmen did an excellent job cleaning my house and focusing on the specific spaces I needed done. I highly recommend this company. They communicated really well and I will definitely be using them again.

I am a returning customer to Molly Maid and had my first service yesterday. Maria and Sandra were amazing!!! They were fast, thorough, hard working, and kind. They had to put up with my 89 year old Dad and were very patient and kind with him. A side note, that I was always happy with MM before, but stopped using them for financial reasons. Then I tried hiring individuals, but the problem with that is they have no back-ups and cancelled or moved the appointment many times leaving me hanging. Molly Maid is well run, dependable, and worth every penny! Thank you!

Great experience! Cleaned the whole house so well!!

This was my first time using cleaning service. Molly Maids has wide range of options . I have asked for move out cleaning service and they have done excellent service.

Time is incredibly precious to me, and this experience has completely disrupted my day. We scheduled the cleaning for the morning to accommodate another commitment in the afternoon. However, the team showed up late in the afternoon, which not only threw off our entire schedule but also left us unable to make effective use of our time.

The quality of cleaning was shockingly below what we expected from Molly Maid, especially considering the numerous positive Google reviews that influenced our decision to hire them. Our three-floor townhome was not cleaned thoroughly. The entire first floor, including the room and bathroom, was left untouched. My mom ended up having to clean it herself after the cleaners left! To make matters worse, they were only in the house for about 2 to 2.5 hours, which is far from sufficient for the level of cleaning we expected.

This is completely unacceptable. Not only did the team arrive late, but they also left the house in an unacceptable condition. We waited all morning for them, only for them to show up at 2 PM and deliver subpar service. This is absolutely not what we agreed to pay for.

I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service to anyone who values their time or expects professional, thorough cleaning.

Here’s an update: The management scheduled another cleaning for the areas that were left unclean. The team arrived first thing in the morning and did a thorough job. The management is easy to work with and communicates well. Overall, great service and satisfying.

Thorough and hard working and never disappoint. I also enjoy conversing with them in my broken Spanish. It’s not so good!

I just switched cleaning companies and this was my first appointment with Molly Maids. They arrived within the window they provided. They worked quickly but did an awesome job. They took care of small details like vacuuming a chair. They were friendly and professional and my house looks amazing. I will be keeping them on for my monthly clean. Great job and highly recommend!

Ms. Sandra and Ms. Maria were thorough and did a wonderful job deep cleaning our entire home! I should've taken before photos, but they go areas that were hard to reach and extremely dusty. We have 5 people in our home and with busy schedules, it's hard to stay on top of it. My husband, a retired Marine, usually cleans, but said that this is money we'll spent for deep cleaning. Thank you ladies!

The ladies are wonderful!! Did a really great job! I would love them to come again!!

The team arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and put real effort into the cleaning. They were professional, polite, and respectful, leaving my home spotless and tidy. Highly recommend their service.
