Reviews of local pros in Trion, Georgia

Josh is great. After hours, he showed up promptly to work on my mom and dad's clogged pipe problem. He's super knowledgeable, a very hard worker and determined to solve any problem. We HIGHLY recommend him!

We can not recommend Jackson Plumbing enough. I called over what I thought was a small emergency and they fit us in just a few hours later. Not only were they incredibly thorough in fixing that problem, they also knocked out a couple other issues, and shared knowledge with us to help in the future, all after normal hours. They will absolutely be our go to for any other issues in the future and will be recommending them to anyone possible. Thank you!!

We had a grinder pump alarm going off. I called them and they showed up in couple of hours. They diagnosed the system and came back with replacement parts in couple of hours and replaced it promptly.
I am very pleased of they prompt response, quality work, and value of their service. I highly recommend them.

I needed a plumber to fix a drainage issue with my toilets. They very kindly were able to fit me in that day, arrived promptly, did the work quickly, and for a very good price. Everything is still working, so I can highly recommend them.

I have used Jackson's Plumping for all my services. New Tankless water heater, and other issues. Has always responded quickly and best service. He and his team are professional, good quality. Works with and gives you honest answers. Thanks again Josh for you and team. thank you

Josh has come through for me twice. One was grinder pump. Next was water heater replacement. He is experienced, responsive, honest, and reasonably priced.

We had a pipe burst inside our house one evening. He came over after hours to check it out. He installed a water heater the very next day, so we did not have to go without. He was nice and professional. I highly recommend him.

My 20 year old water heater sprung a leak and needed replacing. These guys got me a quote, then had the tank installed all within 24 hours. They were also able to track down the cause of the water heater failure: the water pressure regulator for the house had failed open, allowing way too much water pressure to the house. Excellent service, I'd highly recommend them.

We were referred to Jackson Plumbing for a leak in our supply line in the front yard. The PEX had split and needed to have a section repaired. They were prompt and great with their communication. We were very thankful to have been sent their contact information and will call them again for other projects around the house once we get those started. Thank you both again for coming out so quickly and fixing the issue.

Jackson plumbing was wonderful, estimate was accurate, quick response, fast scheduling, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, high quality work! I even had them come back the following week to run plumbing to our attic for future remodel. Very friendly and easy to work with!

I had a clogged pipe in my bathroom for about a week. Searched for someone yo fix it. I know the Lord led me to Jackson plumbing. When I arrived home, they were there waiting. They searched for the problem and found it. It was coming mostly from the kitchen pipe filled with grease. They were so professional. The job didn't take long and the price was reasonable. They will always be my plumbers. I recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. God 🙌

Excellent and efficient! Took good care of my yard while moving some really big rocks!
I definately recommend him for anyone who needs this type of work done!

I had a fantastic experience with Jackson Plumbing. Their team was incredibly proficient and attentive to every detail of the job. I truly appreciated their professionalism. They helped me with different options for my water heater replacement and priced very fairly.

On time to the minute. Quoted price was the final price. Followed code. Work space clean and dry. Replaced pressure reducing valve.

Jackson Plumbing was an answer to prayer. I had an emergency, hot water heater stopped heating, in my elderly Mom’s home. I called, explained I had a limited window of time but needed a diagnosis and fix pretty urgently. He said he’d come as soon as I could get there, working around my schedule. He came when he said he would, water heater had burst and was spewing water under her house. Gave me an estimate, and said he could fix it the same day, after he kept an appointment he had already had scheduled. Came back when he said he would, changed out the water heater, checking everything was working correctly, and charged less than original quote. Highly recommend Jackson Plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing issue. Good Christian man, keeps his word, honest, respectful, reliable and dependable. I have had work done for me in the past from auto to home to yard work and have had many experiences with people who have not been honest and took advantage of my lack of knowledge of the true amount of time and money the work should have cost. Call Jackson Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Jackson Plumbing is fantastic! Our pipes burst and they came late that same night to fix it. They did a fantastic job!!!

Josh the owner came and did a awesome job on my well pump. I couldn't have found a better plumbing company. Even the price was great. I am very happy with the work he did. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He will be the first person I call if I ever need a plumber. Thank you so much.

Jackson Plumbing is definitely someone I would use again in the future. I called regarding a water leak in the water pipe that leads from the meter to the house. Because it is an older house the entire pipe had to be replaced. He quoted me a price on my guessing how long the pipe was so after the work was done I expected the total to be more because my guessing was off by almost 15 ft. He did not increase the price at all. Josh went the next day, which happened to be Saturday, and looked at the problem. He worked me in and got the job done on Wednesday. He was very honest and it was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend Jackson Plumbing and Septic.

Nothing but good things to say about Josh Jackson! We had a busted cast iron (of course) waste pipe emergency on a Friday afternoon. Josh came from finishing another job and spent 3+ hours, including a trip to get a part for the repair and had us up and running in time to take a shower. He diagnosed and fixed the issue and cleaned up afterwards. Amazing talent, so impressed. Thank you Josh!

Jackson plumbing is my go to plumber. Josh has saved me before but this time he worked both Saturday and Sunday to get me back up and running. He has the support from his suppliers, customers, and friends. I am proud to call Josh my friend. If you have this man in your phone as a plumber, you are truly without worry.

Got somebody out to us same-day a day after Christmas to replace a busted PVC pipe inside a wall, and upgraded the material too. For an emergency call on a day most were closed, we expected a high price, and were very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend.
