FOR CARRIERS: Only one dock for receiving, FCFS.

The contractor never showed up. When you call, the answering service is no help whatsoever. Don’t waste your time…they are extremely unprofessional!!!!

They tried to scam me out of $470. Got a second opinion and was told there was no leak in the AC.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. This company was supposed to come to my home to look at my HVAC by my Home Warranty company. They never showed up, I kept calling them and they would tell me I was on the "urgent list" but they never called to schedule my appointment. After a week of getting the run around, I called my home warranty company and they called this vendor. Thr vendor then told
my Home Warranty the same thing. My home warranty ended up calling in another vendor to fix my HVAC who came the next day.

We have had all of our homes serviced and taken care of by Francis. He has remodeled bathrooms, basements, and a kitchen! He even built a pantry that my wife loves and drafted what she wanted on paper. I will update this post soon with some pictures.

Prompt and knowledgeable

Drywall and floor tile repairs & painting

Hi is very professional, outstanding customer service.

Francis is awesome, very respectful, very knowledgeable, helped me understand every step of the job and gave me several options. I found my remodeling guy.

Built by Francis remodeled my complete bathroom from tub to shower and also replaced my hot water tank.. I highly recommend Built by Francis. They were very efficient and knowledgeable.

Very professional. Offered other options: pros and cons, but I stuck to my original plan and budget. The price was reasonable and no hassle. Finished the job in two days! So far so good.

I’ve worked with Francis (Builtby Francis Company) for the past four years, and I can confidently say he’s one of the most reliable and skilled handymen/contractors I’ve ever hired.

Francis can handle just about anything you can think of—closets, kitchens, pantry builds, painting, cabinetry, and more. If you have an idea, he can build it, and he does it with real pride in the details. His cabinetry work is especially high-quality: clean lines, solid construction, and a finished look that holds up over time.

What I appreciate most is that Francis is dependable and consistent. He shows up, communicates clearly, and follows through. On top of that, he’s genuinely a nice guy and easy to work with, which makes projects so much less stressful.

If you’re looking for someone who delivers great craftsmanship, is trustworthy, and can take on a wide range of projects, I highly recommend Builtby Francis Company.

I needed my bathroom remodels due to a leak. He gutted the entire bathroom from top to bottom. I was very lucky to find BuiltByFrancis aka Mr. Francis. Now with the newly installed bathroom, there’s no more leaks and it looks absolutely beautiful. It didn’t take too long at all. It was well done and very quick. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Built by Francis to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional contractor who works efficiently and takes pride in his work. Francis framed and drywalled a room in my unfinished basement to house my recording booth. He installed recessed lighting, electrical outlets, two prehung doors, rerouted an HVAC duct, and raised and rerouted two water supply lines so they cleared the new framing. The entire build, from initial walkthrough to completion, took about a week and was handled smoothly.

When a small wiring issue came up after installation, he addressed it promptly and made it right without hesitation. That level of accountability stood out.

His quote was competitive with five other bids, but what set him apart was his clarity about the scope of work and the confidence he inspired in his execution. He was responsive and easy to work with. I would hire him again for future remodeling projects.
