I found Epie's Electrical after a Google search. I had them put in new RV plug in my garage. Epie's was my 4th choice after dealing with 3 other Electrical companies that wanted to either sell me more than I needed or charge me $50 for just the estimate. The guys at Epie's are straight, honest and easy to talk to. The estimate was free and the cost of the job was reasonable. Thanks

I called Epie's when my daughter told me that there was a problem with the lights in her bathroom. After speaking with Daniel Doster and explaining the problem and the fact that I was leaving to catch a flight within the next 2 hours I was told, "I'll take care of you" The owner of the company came to take care of the problem becausetheothertechnicianswereoccupied. I feel blessed to have called Epie's Electrical Services and as long as I live in the Atlanta area I would never use another company.

Epie's came quickly to the house. The repair was scheduled the next day. The repair people came on time. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. When I changed the scope of the repair, after consultation with them, they had no problems. I would call them again for any electrical work at the house.

We had Epie do a variety of rework in the house. Added closet lights, added a ceiling fan in the main bedroom, added several new lights. They did a great job with very little sheetrock follow-up. Great job highly recommend

We are entirely pleased with our interactions with this company. The owner himself came out to access our needs and that was the next day after our call; then, the technicians came just a day or so later, were efficient and professional, explaining what they were doing and doing it well.

I am so glad I found EPIE's electrical service. Dan and Phillip have been available to me from the start of our new home purchase. The house was built in 1970 and therefore has needed quite a bit of work bringing it up to code. EPIE's have provided me with fair quotes and more importantly QUALITY work through the whole process. Every member of their crew has been very kind, clean, respectful, and professional. They have earned my business as a life time customer, I will not anyone else touch my house. These guys are the real deal.

We wanted to express our gratitude to Dan & Becky for helping us last week. A neighbor’s tree fell on the power pole/lines & created quite a bit of chaos for us. (We would have left a review earlier but GA Power cut our internet line while reconnecting our neighbor’s power. So we were without internet for 3-4 days.) Epie's did work for us last year (ceiling fan installs, bathroom vents installed, & update to electrical outlets) & we were very pleased with their work. So we knew that's who we wanted to call for this new problem of needing the eyebolt replaced in the soffit outside. As soon as Becky started speaking to my wife she felt better & the stress she had been feeling lifted because of Becky’s sincere & genuine concern for our situation. Dan went above & beyond by coming out twice - once to assess the situation (in between other appts) & secondly to fix our issue. Not only was his schedule packed but his mother was in the hospital. He came out after dark just to get us in a position for GA Power to reconnect our power. We find it hard to put into words how thankful we are to them both. It is VERY uncommon these days to find such genuine, hard-working people. We recommend them 1000%.

Happy to report excellent service! The estimate was fair and the work on our Midtown home was done promptly! The owner, Dan, is friendly and efficient, and the technicians communicated well and helped with an earlier arrival. I'm impressed! Happy to have a great electrician, should the need arise.

Dan Doster came over after I told him that I needed our doorbell fixed. I had checked and replaced the battery on the doorbell ringer but, for whatever reason, did not think to check the bell itself.

Sure enough, one of the batteries for the bell was corroded. We replaced the batteries for the bell and presto - our doorbell was fixed! I was happy about that, but I was kicking myself for now having to pay a trip charge that wasn't really necessary. Dan and I had agreed to a price over the phone after all, and I was ready to pay it.

But to my very pleasant surprise, Dan told me that for such an easy fix, there was no charge! Dan seems to truly care about customer service. For that reason, his magnet card is now up on our fridge and we plan on calling him for any future electrical services we may need.

I recently contracted Epie’s for the first time and I have nothing but praise. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The customer service on the phone to the work by Ricardo and his team was wonderful. I would and have already recommended Epie’s.

Epie’s got my power back on after a tree took it out. Other electricians tried to sell me a whole house system, but Dan didn’t want to sell me what I did not need. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. His guys were thorough and neat and worked quickly. Thanks again Dan! Louis

I called Epie’s Electrical based on a friend’s recommendation. My husband and I spent a lot of time trying to replace an old light fixture with a ceiling fan, but when we reached a point that was beyond what we knew how to do, we finally decided to get a professional to do it. I called Dan, and he came out that same afternoon to take a look at it and give us an estimate. He took one look and told us how to do it ourselves! He spent time with us explaining exactly what to do and didn’t even charge us! We finished putting it up that evening. Talk about great customer service! Epie’s will be our first call the next time we need electrical work done.

Had an electrical problem with a fallen ceiling light fixture in master bath. Michael Scott & Adam Garcia from Epie's came out at requested time. Immediately solved problem, gave me a reasonable price with a Veteran's discount. Michael & Adam were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a definite asset to their company. First I want to say the punctuality to me is key and when I arrived to let Epie's in at my new home they were already there waiting for me! They did a great job as well as going over our estimated work and making adjustments as needed. I will definitely be using them in the future for all of our electrical need.

They were terrific and came out immediately when I called. It was just a GFI switch. He reset it and did not charge me a service fee!!! He was only here a few minutes, but other companies have always charged me for service even when they did no work! Epie's Electrical has a customer for life!!!

Philip and his crew did an outstanding job, from installation to clean up. The quote was well within reason and the crew arrived on time. Work was completed quickly with minimal disturbance. Will use them again.

Great company. Dan and Dwayne did a great job with a panel change out from a fuse box, adding outlets, and adding a ceiling fan box with two switches in our 1962 built ranch. Dan was even kind enough to take some follow up calls after the work was done. During the initial walk-through to get an estimate, Dan was very honest and didn't scare us into buying more than we needed. Multiple electricians told us that our electrical service from the street needed to be changed to upgrade to a 200 amp panel. Dan said that was unnecessary and that he doesn't believe in over selling and over charging just to get more money out of his customers. He settled my nerves on a lot of issues in our house and told us what was needed and not needed. Reasonable pricing from other quotes I got around the area. Thank you Epie's Electrical!

The Epie's technician, Dan, and his crew relocated and replaced our electrical panel and installed a 240V outlet in our toolshed, and they did an excellent job! They were super professional, knowledgeable, honest and prompt, and their price was very affordable (less than all other quotes we received). I would absolutely use their services again and highly recommend to others.

I am very impressed with this company. I called first thing Monday morning and asked about getting some light fixtures replaced. They were able to work me into their schedule 4 hours later! I'm sure this isn't the norm, but it was surely a pleasant experience. The gentleman who showed up to replace my fixtures was very mannerly and was able to do the job in less than 30 minutes.
