I highly recommend Built by Francis to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional contractor who works efficiently and takes pride in his work. Francis framed and drywalled a room in my unfinished basement to house my recording booth. He installed recessed lighting, electrical outlets, two prehung doors, rerouted an HVAC duct, and raised and rerouted two water supply lines so they cleared the new framing. The entire build, from initial walkthrough to completion, took about a week and was handled smoothly.

When a small wiring issue came up after installation, he addressed it promptly and made it right without hesitation. That level of accountability stood out.

His quote was competitive with five other bids, but what set him apart was his clarity about the scope of work and the confidence he inspired in his execution. He was responsive and easy to work with. I would hire him again for future remodeling projects.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding work Francis did around our home! From start to finish, his professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship were exceptional.

He added a door to create a separate water closet in our primary bathroom, which looks like it was part of the original design — functional and perfectly finished. He also installed a brand new water heater, even building a new foundation for added stability and safety, which shows the level of care and expertise he brings to every project.

In the kitchen, the new light fixtures and backsplash completely transformed the space — modern, bright, and perfectly installed. Every detail was handled with precision, and the results exceeded my expectations. Not to mention, he built shelves inside of our pantry to remove those flimsy wire shelves.

One of my favorite upgrades was the shelves he installed in our family room. I still just sit and stare admiring how beautiful it is.

I’m truly impressed and grateful for Francis’s dedication and skill. If you’re looking for a contractor who delivers top-quality work with integrity and pride, I highly recommend him!

Mr. Andrew Fernandez came out and explained all my options very thorough and answered absolutely every question I had. No secret costs or surprise increasing. The install guys Mr. Armando and Julian came out the next morning and got to work! My air conditioner is finally back up n running after using windows units for far too long(yrs) and with service checks twice a yr guaranteed im very happy

Henry Shin did an amazing job explaining and walking us through the whole process. He also brought items to show us so we can better understand what he was explaining. He went above and beyond to make sure our goals were met and we got the best deal possible. We are very grateful Henry showed up and was able to kick off the process of installing our new air conditioner unit.

The two technicians, Frank and Britt,  did an amazing job too. Not only did they install the unit, they explained the whole process and answered any questions I had. I really appreciated their efficiency and customer service.

Techs Rosendo and Cortney are Very knowledgeable and extremely thorough regarding the install of the HVAC system indoors and out made sure everything regarding the install was done to my complete satisfaction

Worst product, quality and service. Regret choosing All Good services. DO NOT PICK THEM FOR ANYTHING.

Since the unit was installed, we’ve been dissatisfied with the cooling it generates. Multiple visits from the QA and services team have been made to tune and improve the AC, but the results have been negative and have only worsened the situation. Even when the outdoor temperature is 84 degrees, the house doesn’t cool below 74 degrees.

I’ve escalated this issue multiple times with Andrew, and I’m told he’s working with the management to replace the 3 unit. However, I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. No communication whatsoever from the company.

My family is frustrated and concerned. We can’t sleep in the upper floor anymore and have to switch to the main floor.

Although Andrew has been responsive, I’m disappointed with the service because I haven’t seen any results.

John and David were very professional and efficient. They showed up earlier than scheduled and went straight to work. Very courteous and informative. Answered all questions.

I have called in 6 or 7 times and cannot get a response from the company. I canceled the HVAC pro service in June and noticed that they have still been billing my credit card every month after that. They keep telling me that they are escalating it to the accounting department to refund the charges and nothing happens. They have told me 3 times now that they have escalated it to the QA manager and the accounting department and that I would be getting a call back and they do not follow up or call back or do the refund. Do not give them a credit card to autopay for their service because they do not know how to turn off the autopay or do a refund onto your credit card. They say they do not have a number for the accounting department and can only send emails to get a response. They've been sending emails to the accounting department and nothing happens.

Update.
I've called almost daily for the past few weeks and you are asking me to reach out again? It shows that the accounting and operations doesn't know how to handle this. It's supposedly been escalated 3 times and copied with a QA manager as well. There is no number to call to reach accounting and the customer service line can't do anything but send them an email.

BEWARE!!!! They will damage your personal contents and then deny any liability! Plumber came out to make repairs and I’m unsure if he was very experienced or just in a rush; but detached toilet without emptying fluids from inside …. Came home to some really gross liquids evenly distributed over mattress/ sheets/ pillows/ clothing - I tried to play it cool and waited till my anger subsided prior to addressing situation. I calmly called and spoke with lady who answered call and forwarded me to the quality assurance manager (keep in mind this lady is apparently the highest manager in all the lands - I know this because after she was rude to me and denied any liability within 30 seconds of hearing words come out of my mouth - she ever so politely hung up on me and when I called back and asked to speak with someone else I was forwarded right back to her; and unsurprisingly she told me the only individual above her was the general manager and he was really busy, and that he’d call me in a couple days when he has time….right!) If any one would like to listen to our conversation I have it recorded and will be posting on YouTube! Look up allgood plumbing disaster- it will be up and running soon! They don’t stand by their warranty/ promise to there customers and are rude and reckless! Simply laying a piece of plastic would have went a long waaaaay! Unfortunately they did not! Now I have a very stinky mattress to rest my head on at night! Thanks a bunch guys!

This is the worst service ever. I call this company out to my home because my front yard was flooding. The man came out and the white pipes that's coming out the yard he did not suck the water out he just stick a Camara down the pipe remind you this is the pipe that poop and everything goes through. This man said he can't see anything of course you can't the foggy poop made it difficult duh. After not doing anything he charged me 300.00 and wrote me an est and said it will be 15000.00 not 1500.00 but 15000.00 to come dog my front yard up and fix what we don't know that's broken. I had another service come out the next day suck the water up out the pipe then he stuck his Camara down the pipe and we was able to see what was going on and received a way more reasonable price. All good is a fraud I will never refer anyone to this company. Very disappointed customer

STAY AWAY

I am an older, disabled veteran, and this experience was unacceptable. My heat went out, and I called Allgood Home Services on Saturday, November 29. I was sold a premium plan and promised same-day emergency service. No one showed.

I called again Sunday, then Tuesday, asking where they were. A tech finally came on Wednesday, December 3, did shoddy work, charged me $1,200, and left the furnace barely working. The breaker was still off, so I know he did not test.

I called the same day, then again on Saturday the 6th, and Sunday the 7th, each time promised a return or management call. No one showed.

Temperatures dropped into the 30s and teens.
Still no resolution as of Thursday the 11th.
Unacceptable and unsafe.

Worst company ever don’t use I rępeat do not use company installed my unit in 2021 been leaking and flooding my basement from day one. Now I have mold damage, Sheetrock damage,rusted furnace. The lady I talk to was rude and unprofessional. Added more pictures they came out two weeks ago charged me for a pump for nothing basement is still flooding now Nikki want call back this company sucks

Allgood provide fast and efficient service. My HVAC stopped working. Originally I called them on a Sunday and they could come out same day. Then before the came, miraculously the unit worked again, so I canceled. But it was short lived, 3 days later it stopped again. Called them at 11am. They had someone at my house in hours. Sam was helpful and polite.

Think they're a good company, but if you work with Oliver or Janel/Mikki, request someone else. had new HVAC unit installed which went fine, but with poor communication. Same week had new water heater installed and that was a bad experience... didn't have me on the schedule, even though i had the email confirmation, had to call, then the tech arrived very late due to the miscommunication. Thaddeus the installer was great, but it was just him to install a 50 gallon water heater. I had to provide a ton of help. Lucky I was home to help. Water was off for 14 hours (6p-8a). It's a 2 person job and they only sent one installation tech. I've been calling and emailing them since June 29th and it is now Oct. 13th, with only 5 responses of the 22 emails exchanged. They said they'd reduce the cost because I had to help install, but nothing.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Service tech was scheduled to arrive at the home between 2 and 6 pm. Received text confirmation of appointment time. No technician showed or called. I reached out for 2 hours with escalation to supervisors and never received a call back or update. Waited until 7:50 pm and not one person ever called, text or responded multiple phone calls for update on time of arrival and no one showed up at the home to do repair. Worst customer service ever. Unless you have endless time to waste I would advise you to STAY CLEAR of them and find reputable and dependable company.

Anthony visited our house to do HVAC tuneup work, he did a great job. He checked the outside fan unit, tuned up HVAC unit, replaced air filter all in professional way.

Brandon G. Was amazing with the service he performed at our home. He was very neat and thoughtful with with this service call. This is the company you should use. 5 stars
