After calling over 10 HVAC businesses, Zelda answered and said she'd send someone out. Kenneth came on Christmas Eve as our heat had quit the night before when the temperature had dropped to 7 C. Kenneth tried to fix our heat but couldn't, so he said he needed to come back Tuesday. He did and brought someone with him - together they got our heat running. They charged us a reasonable amount and the old girl is now going strong. Thank you Zelda and Kenneth!

Kenneth was very professional and informative about the issue we faced. He took the extra time to present our options and which he thought was best and most economical.

During this massive heat wave our a/c went out. Calling all around town, no one could come fix our a/c! All About Heating & Air were able to come out on a Saturday, and gave us a time window. They notified us when they were on the way, and arrived during the expected window. They did have to come inside, and they put coverings on their shoes! They were able to troubleshoot and found the root cause of our a/c issue. Highly recommend! Great business! Will use again!

I’ve been doing business with All About Heating & Air for several years. I have my A/C system checked twice a year, in the Spring and in the Fall. Kenneth is knowledgeable and knows the job very well. He is dependable, always on time and do a thorough job. He explains the job and answers any questions you might have. The service is great and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Unfortunately, I have AHS as my home warranty company and have had them for the last last four years and rarely is anything covered. Almost always, I have to pay out of pocket for repairs. I paid two different service fees for two different contractors and both times, the diagnosis came back as a non-covered repair, they say, the issue, was not normal wear and tear. Long story short, I was referred to someone else by my pops. That particular person was not available, so he referred me to All About Heating & Air. Initially, I was not thrilled because they were not to whom I was referred. I was referred to them after business hours and All About Heating & Air called me the next day. They had a tech available to come check out the issue within a day or two (the other two companies, I had to wait 5 to 7 days) however, I was going to be out of town and unavailable. They scheduled me for the day after I returned and sent an email confirmation. The morning of my scheduled appointment, the dispatcher called to confirm, I was available and they let me know the tech would be on his way after finishing up his current call. I was given an appointment time between 1 PM - 4 PM and Ken came around 1. He was on time and on point. Contractor one, quoted a price of $495. Contractor two, quoted a price of $1200. All About Heating & Air, quoted a price of $150 that included the service call fee and didn’t have to replace anything. I loved the fact, Ken took pictures before, starting the work, explaining the issue and he took pictures after the work was completed, showing me the fix. I read reviews all the time, but never post reviews. I was so impressed with Ken and All About Heating & Air that I had to post a review of my experience. Love, love, love this company and I highly recommend them.

All About Heating & Air were excellent! Their professionalism and customer service over the phone inspired me to cancel the commercial company I’d scheduled for the next day and go with them. Kenneth diagnosed and solved the problem with focus, kindness, and resolve. AAH&A is my new HVAC resource. I highly recommend.

Kenneth and All About Heating was great.

I upgraded and installed myself new nest theromstats which were causing some issues. Kenneth came out multiple times to help resolve the issue.

We ended up having to swap one for a more traditional thermostat, but we exhausted every effort to keep the old system.

I also appreciated that Kenneth would put on protective “covers” on his shoes to keep our house clean from his shoes. He was also a pleasure to deal with. Prices are also to boot!

Read all the reviews online that were all incredible and called late on Friday afternoon in need of help. Kenneth was here in less than 30 minutes, showed me what had happened, what part that needed to be replaced. Provided me a great quote to complete the repair and 30 minutes I was back up and running!! This is a GEM of a company and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

They were at my house at the designated time, they respected my floors by putting on shoe covers every time they came into the house, and they completed the job in 1 day. They explained the details about the system and went over the warranty. I am satisfied with the overall job done and the system is working great!
