Would highly recommend!

Lauren (staff office) and serviceman Zach were both extremely helpful during this cold snap, in which my furnace stopped working. Zach was prompt, incredibly helpful and very friendly. Within 90 minutes of his work, I had new filters and working heat.

Grateful for their expertise and ability to schedule me into their books the following day.

My heat went out Thanksgiving weekend where the temperatures were dipping into the 20s. Townsel came out over the weekend and fixed it. I had called multiple companies and they all wanted to charge an insane amount to come out to my house before even looking at my system Townsel came out and fixed it while charging a fair rate. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend them. I have used them before and I’ve always been happy with the service, but I feel like they went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

We just moved here from CO, where our home we had the last 15 years had a swamp cooler and we were not familiar with AC units (apt living prior), one of our condensers stopped working, Buddy and Mason came out and had it fixed in 10 mins, checked the whole system showed us the very old rusty capacitor and added Freon, they were very knowledgeable, kind and honest and taught us a thing or two. I definitely will have them out for the fall and next spring to keep maintenance up on them with approx FAIR pricing so I’m not bamboozled, One of our units is pretty old and they didn’t just try to sell me a new unit right off the bat and taught us what we need to do to keep it going for longer. I was very impressed!! The lady (I forgot her name) I talked to on the phone was super sweet as well!! Thank you!!

Reeves Service is one of the best companies ever. They have been doing our HVAC maintenance for several years. All their techs are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Even their office staff is very nice and helpful. All round great company.

Bought a brand new unit from them less than 2 years ago and it has broken down twice and when I call for service they say they’re 3 to 4 weeks out that I should probably call somebody else. I feel the equipment they sell is bottom of the barrel would not recommend them at all.

Reese Heating and A/C are very reliable and reasonably price. They are very professional at what they do. They sent someone out the same day I called and problem was fixed the next day. Replaced our Furnace and AC system with new units that are vastly better than our previous setup. They installed several new ducts and an additional return to fix some flow issues we were having. In the process of replacing the system they cleaned the old ducts, repaired some old vents, removed some unused piping from the attic and repaired several other smaller issues. Finally, when they were done they did a great job cleaning up. The house is definitely way better than when they arrived.

On August 2nd around 8:30 am one of your trucks to be exact, the truck number #07 was driving extremely slow (30 mph on a 35 mph)on Tyrone road holding the morning traffic ,he kept breaking for whatever reason so I stayed back, but a couple of miles down the road he stopped in the middle of the road with no warning I almost rear-ended him and the car behind me almost did the same to me. He better be thankful that, that didn't happen because I had my entire family with me in the car including my 3 months old baby. We would have a big problem.
So owner have a talk with your people to be mindful and careful about others. It is your company sir I don't how you identify your company cars but it was Reese services I can identify your company and car and phone number too.

My air conditioner stopped cooling. I have a service agreement with Reese and within an hour of calling a service technician was there to assess the problem and make the repair. He installed a new capacitor within an hour after arrival. I was entertaining neighbors at my home during this time (my unfortunate luck) so I am most appreciative of Reese's very timely & professional service response.

Very pleased with Reese Services. When our furnace went out, they were at our house within an hour to check it out and see what the problem was. Reese was back at our our the following day to repair the furnace at the time they said they would be. Everyone was courteous and efficient in repairing the furnace. I would highly recommend Reese Services.

Reese completed our second annual service timely and professionally. Our service tech was a young man named, Roy. Recently completed his certification and very knowledgeable. I've had several companies come out here locally. Nobody could fix the problem! Reese Services came out and knew exactly what was wrong. On top of the great work they did I was able to get a discount by joining the maintenance club they offer. Very great staff and very helpful. The owner even went out of his way to call me and make sure I had great service and to thank me for using reese.

I initially called a different HVAC company that came out. That guy told me the repairs might be so expensive that it might be better to replace my system for about $4,000! I called Reese Services based upon them specializing in my Bryant HVAC and the excellent reviews. Whitney was my first point of contact. She has personality plus and professionalism. She initially gave me a appointment that I agreed to. I was happily surprised when she called back and said she could have a tech come out sooner. Hunter quickly determined the problem. He said that I needed a limit switch. He had to order it and come back for the install. I paid the service charge and a install for less than $300. I am very satisfied with their service

Reese Services installed our mini split AC unit in our bonus room this past May. Brian and Gage did an awesome job. Dan had come out to give me my original quote and to come check on the installation.
Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. The staff is friendly, prompt and truly cares about their clients and that the work is done well. I had some pump issues with our minisplit unit, through no fault of Reese, but they stood by me and replaced the pump at no charge. I also use Reese Services for our biannual maintenance of our HVAC system and our minisplit. I find their communication to be stellar, and their pricing to be fair. Whitney, at the office, is so personable that I could talk to her for hours...Great company, wonderful staff, and I'm a lifetime customer.

We first gave them a try when we won a free year of service. Well, we are still customers! Anyone who treats us so well when the service is free, we do not mind paying for. We have them check our system twice a year, Winter and Spring). They also install our NEST Thermostat for us. They staff is friendly, the techs are knowledgeable, and we love the service!
