We woke up on Christmas Eve morning to no heat. We called several hvac companies searching for someone who would come out on Christmas Eve. Reese Services saved the day! From talking to the scheduler , who was very understanding and helpful to Nathan who came to fix our issue, it was a very pleasant experience. Julianna kept us informed of our place on the list so we knew when to look for the technician. As it turned out the owner Nathan Reese was helping with calls that day as the extremely cold weather was wreaking havoc on heat systems and he wanted to help as many people as possible . Nathan was amazing. He fixed our issue and we had heat back in time to go to bed. We would strongly recommend Reese Services for your future HVAC needs. They are honest and dependable.

I have a contract with Reese for bi-annual maintenance for two HVAC systems. They are responsive and timely. The technician explains what he will do, what he has done and if there are any problems along with recommendations. I think they are a good quality company who wants to do the job right the first time.

Very professional. Took the time to figure out what the Main issue was. I had a competitor quote me double what Reese Services would have charged to replace a part and they wouldn’t have problem solved like Reese Services did to find the true source of my problems. I finally have my HVAC system working correctly for the first time in 6 years! I highly recommend Reese Services!

Amazing customer service! I was very impressed by the mannerism of the technicians. They respected my home the way I wanted them to. I want to acknowledge Brian and Gage. They were the main technicians that installed two units for me this month. They were meticulous and attentive in everything that they did. I highly recommend this company. This is how a company should be towards customers.

My ac went out on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and they sent out a service tech to diagnose the issue that same evening! It turned out to be a problem where new parts had to be ordered and I had to wait until the following week for the repair to be completed. The office ladies Whitney and Juliana are AWESOME and provided great customer service and kept me updated as we waited for the parts to come in. Also, the repair tech Hector is wonderful and completed the final repair in less than half an hour. They never made me feel that I was just another customer and they seemed to truly care about the fact that I had no ac during a hot week while we waited for the parts to arrive. They even provided a portable ac unit for me to use until my system could be repaired. I am so happy to be a Reese customer and I recommend Reese Sevices to anyone who wants a local company for their HVAC needs that goes the extra mile and provides fantastic customer service! 5 stars!!! *****

I contacted Reese in 2019 to replace my two dinosaur units and relocated an air handler. Their professionalism and quality of service with that project, earned my business. We have Reese out twice a year for maintenance and we are already pleased! I recommend them every chance I get!

Reese Services was super helpful. Of course the Central Air Unit would give us issues in the middle of summer when the days were in the high 90’s. Nate, who is the business owner came out and assessed the situation and answered every question I had. He allowed me to even watch the process because I’m a person that just likes to know things, and he didn’t mind. He changed the motor and fan in no time.. I don’t know how he does it, It was literally 1000 degrees in my attic.

This company is amazing! I had an new ac unit that they installed. The owner went out of his way to make sure that the unit was installed quickly. It was in the middle of summer and they were already booked up, but he pulled half his crew from another job to install a new system because my old one went out.
This year the new system went out because of a defect after my warranty expired. The company stepped up! The owner called me personally (while he was at dinner with his family I might add) and told me that they were going to install another ac unit because it was the right thing to do. What!!! Who does that now a days???!!!!! Reese Services does!!!! That’s who!
I can’t say enough about this company and their employees. Kind, professional and hard working! If you need a new ac unit or just a repair call Reese Service's. You’ll be glad you did!!!

Reese is great!! Both Hector the technician did an excellent job and was even early for the appt. Juliana in the office was extremely helpful and did everything she could to get a tech out as quickly as possible! We are very thankful. My husband & I were very reluctant to get our HVAC replaced, but Reese made the entire process extremely easy! We hired Reese Services over a year ago for bi-annual maintenance on our HVAC and furnace systems and couldn’t be happier! Roy has come out twice to our home now and is always super efficient, knowledgeable, thorough in his inspections and friendly. We also had them come out to fix a poorly installed HVAC system from previous owners and replace filters that were not properly installed by a previous HVAC company. They did an excellent job. Overall, Reese has fair and competitive pricing, they’re easy to schedule with and has very reliable, professional, punctual and kind staff members! Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC/furnace service!

We've used Reese Services for all of our HVAC needs since moving into our current home six years ago including maintaining and repairing our original systems, designing and installing our new systems, and maintaining our new systems. One of the worst positions as a home owner to be in is a hot home. Roy came to my home the next day after calling and setting up an appt. He found a bad condensation pump, he explained what the issue was then priced it out, It was under 500 bucks and I was back up and running. Thank you Roy your a great asset for Reese. I have used Reese Services for well over 16 years. I have always been very pleased, satisfied with their services, professionalism helpfulness. They installed my new furnace & air conditioner and maintained the 6-Mo service necessary to keep the system in good working order. They also have cleaned the intake vents of dust, etc. Also put in a new, much better functioning barrier in the basement crawl space.

The house A/C stopped working during a 100 degree heat wave. The technician from Reese, Roy, troubleshot the problem and made repairs in excellent time. Roy even found a start capacitor on its last legs and replaced it before it completely failed. That saved a second visit and another diagnostic fee not to mention another day or two without air conditioning in the summer. I am extremely satisfied with Reese Services.
