Dan came out for my seasonal check up. Needed a small part for efficiency but very pleased with friendly service. I have been an Assured customer for about 15 years now and they have always taken care of my AC needs especially when my son and husband were deployed. Kudos to this awesome company.

Assured did the install on an updated unit for our house. They finished in one day and we finally had a system sized to our house. After a few months we noticed it was no longer keeping up and made a call to them. They had a tech out the next day. They found a very small leak at a solder joint in the refrigerant line and fixed it under warranty in about an hour and a half. There was no hassle and they were very responsive.

Chris T was very thorough in attempting to solve my HVAC issue. He was very courteous and also knowledgeable of the unit itself. Assured Comfort is always very fast with service when you have a problem. I also want to say that I am extremely pleased with my HVAC system that I purchased from Assured Comfort. It has been an incredible energy savings for us and my home is 35 years old.

We had a wedding in July and our a.c. went out. Our home warranty declined the repair. I called Assured for a second opinion. They returned my call immediately, addressed my concerns and gave me direction. With no resolution from the warranty company I called them back. Joyce was so empathic to our situation as it was Thursday afternoon and the wedding was Saturday and I was on my way to the airport to pick up wedding guests. When I got back home Mike was in my driveway. He assessed the situation and before he left he had us set up for installation and financing. The next day Jason and Johnny came and worked in the rain until they were done! They saved the day! Then the snow came a few weeks ago and guess what, no heat! I called and Aleneia took my information and got right on it. I did not expect anyone for a day or two due to the amount of people without power after the storm, but she called and told me a technician was assigned and would come that day. Lane came shortly after and quickly diagnosed the issue, which was actually an issue we had caused due to connecting a dehumidifier into our ejector pump and the line froze. Extremely reasonable charge and heat back on. Today Chris came to perform our maintenance and made some reasonable recommendations and performed the maintenance . This company is top notch from start to finish. I would not even consider looking for another company to perform any repairs or maintenance on our system. Thank you Assured for your commitment and dedication.

Assured Comfort has always been an excellent company to have in our corner. There maintenance program for checking your Furnace before winter and AC before summer is great. We just had them come out and clean our ducts and Hector did an amazing job. He worked diligently and was so thorough at cleaning up after himself; it was like he was never there. Highly recommend using Assure Comfort for all your heating and air needs.

We had black mold in all of our ductwork and HVAC system after a flood about six months ago. Every person from assured was on time professional and gave great service. We had four other quotes from other companies and assured was the best in every way by far. Our system is in and running perfectly they are even Coming back out this week to make sure everything was installed correctly and running correctly. I highly recommend Assured comfort.

I just had my maintenance service performed on my system by Chris and Sean. They were very thorough and Chris even gave me some tips about efficiency that I had not heard before! I have been with Assured Comfort for over 10 years and have always received outstanding customer service.

I called Assured Comfort for an estimate on my upstairs air condition. Customer service stated a service fee of $79 to come out to assess and fee would go toward the repair. Technician called and showed as advertised. Troubleshoot system and found the culprit a bad capacitor. This is where it turned south. The technician offered to replace the capacitor for $210 and would clean the coil for free. I ask about the service fee going toward the repair he stated that it was for repair over $250. The technician did not have the correct capacitor and offered to combine two parts to achieve the correct specifications. I kindly told him no. Did some research to find out a capacitor cost less than $30. I really did not appreciate Assured Comfort not standing by their service charge fee and being taken advantage of in order to make a few dollars. Understand the need to make a profit but $290 to come out and change a part, be for real. This is my first and last dealing with this company.

When we lost heat one winter night we called Assured Comfort, our go to for HVAC maintenance. Our home is a 2 unit system that we had been making repairs to over their extended lives. Assured Comfort personnel have always been professional and understanding from that 1st call to the trained professionals whom they employ. They are happy to show you what they find and offer you solutions. We realized it was time to replace our HVAC. After discussion with an expert, we decided to replace both systems. They made it happen in record time and we were not without heat except for a couple days. We were so pleased, we also had 2 new hot water heaters installed that were overdue for replacing. Thank you to everyone at Assured Comfort for listening and providing a quality service.

Assured Comfort Heating/Air have been excellent to work with. The heat went out in our new house and Mike came that same day to provide an evaluation of the situation. He let me know that the unit needed to be replaced and showed me where there had been previous water damage. He provided me with a quote. I was really impressed by how Mike handled a phone call from another client and how thoroughly he responded to his questions. His customer service skills are excellent. He was very professional and just a nice guy. I was able to get the new Lennox unit installed in record time by Hector Ruiz who did an excellent job. Hector really went the extra mile to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy. I needed to have the insulation replaced for the HVAC system and Hector and Damey came out and did an excellent and very professional installation job. I have been very impressed with Assured Comfort and would highly recommend them for your Heating, Air and Plumbing needs.

Jason just left after performing our routine winter maintenance on our HVAC system. While we were very happy with the service call and maintenance done by prior techs with Assured Comfort, we were INCREDIBLY impressed with Jason's good attitude and thoroughness in his maintenance. My husband (engineer) said he did the best job he could imagine on the service/inspection. He took the time to remove panels and parts and really inspect and clean the unit.

I had a unprofessional experience before with this organization, being a veteran and a professional , my experience the 2nd time around was terrific! Chris Townsend was the service technician that did a fantastic job repairing the issues to my HVAC system. He was also very knowledgeable in explaining the UV system that I had seeked to install before but was given terrible information from Joyce a sales person, who made me leary of the company. Chris is a great attribute to Assured Comfort , and provided me with outstanding service that I had hope to receive. Awesome Job!

I highly recommend this company. All of the guys who came and did work were top notch. From Jonathan who did the initial maintenance to Nathan who's knowledge helped us choose the right system, to Greg and Willard who spent hours cleaning the ducts, to Sokhom and Camacho who also spent hours working non-stop installing the new furnace and air conditioning unit. All these guys were, knowledgeable, skilled and courteous. We are investing a lot a money in this new system but we feel confident that the work was done properly and will service us for many years.

What can I say.... every time I do business with Assured comfort right from Amber who scheduled my appointment right up to Dan P the technician that came to my house I can't say it more than Excellence. Assured comfort business model is exemplary. They set the bar so high that others can't follow. Dan is really really GREAT, he answered all my questions and made feel very knowledgeable about everything he did. I am a lifetime customer.

I scheduled a furnace tune-up and pro cleaning in response to an advertisement. Neither the promises nor the value of the service aligned with the advertisement, concerns which I will share with management. However, this review is in regard to the service technician, Chris. He was very respectful, explained the process, and answered my questions in depth. He also returned the next day on a Saturday, his off day, to address a concern regarding my visit, and he maintained the same high quality of customer service.

Dan from Assured Comfort came out to do regular inspection of heating and cooling system. Dan was very thorough with his inspection of our system. He went on to make some recommendations for ways we can continue to heat and cool our home in an efficient and effective manner. Dan was happy to answer all my questions and took the time to educate me on how to keep my system running at max efficiency. Assured Comfort has the best service techs in the business. I will continue to recommmend them to all my friends.

Had a leak in the shower and Cane, the service tech, quickly solved and fixed the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks Cane! We’ve use Assured Comfort for all our heating and ac maintenance. Everyone we’ve had contact with have been exceptional.

I have been using Assured Comfort for years to service my home air conditioning and furnace, and have been very happy with their level of service and reasonable prices. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and courteous, and take the time to explain what they are doing. I am on their maintenance agreement, and just had my filter changed and furnace tuned-up for the colder months. I would recommend Assured Comfort to anyone!
