I'm impressed! From beginning to end, my experience was fantastic.

I made an appointment for an estimate. Elias was the rep who arrived. He was on time, polite, professional, and down-right friendly. I was not rushed into making a decision. He provided all of the time I needed to ask questions and consider the purchase. The estimate included photos, videos, and models that helped me understand the product and compare to others on the market.

I will admit the cost took me by surprise, but I have peace of mind knowing I have a lifetime warranty and a product I believe in. After I agreed to purchase, installation was scheduled the next day by Elias. I did not need to make any other phone calls. Everything was easy and clear. Installation took two days, likely because of the time change.

After installation, I was blown away again by the look of the gutters on my house. There is a huge difference in the look of the previous gutters and the custom LeafGuard gutters. Also, the installers did a walk-through to ensure my satisfaction and provide additional information about what to expect and maintenance. Lastly, I spoke to the manager who also wanted to ensure my satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.

So far, it has rained for 3 days and the leaves continue to fall. It appears everything is functioning the way we expected. I definitely recommend this company.

I met with Robby Reaves today and he was awesome. He educated me well on the leaf guard system. He was very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Robby was amazing. He took time out to make sure that I was taken care of as a home owner. He took time out to understand my needs as a home owner. He was kind and he drove a long way to service my family. He was down to earth and ate dinner with my kids. He really goes the extra mile and if you are blessed enough to have him as a representative you will not be disappointed.

Mark came out and explained in detail from start to finish on quality material used versus other gutter companies. He actually showed and demonstrated material used versus other companies. I had severe damaged to my gutter system from Hurricane Helena. I found some parts of my old gutters across 50 acres and some must have blown to other counties. Highly recommend leafgutter from other companies. Great warranties and very fair prices. Thank you for the details and quick response from Mark and the whole team.

Lexi, the representative from Leaf guard, is amazing and knowledgeable about the product. I was at a festival about a month ago where representatives were setting appointments and signed up for a consultation because I've always been curious about there products. I don't currently have gutters on my house but it's something I've thought about. Lexi came in, did the measurements, reconned my house showing me what the product could do for me and my property. When I was hesitant on price she got a lead representative on the phone and together came up with a price I couldn't refuse. I can't wait to see how this product will enhance and protect my house! Product installation will take place on Monday! That's quick service!

Great experience with Daniel today! He walked my mother through the process of getting leaf guard and let just say they got a new client! Very nice and great personality and explained everything so thoroughly.

Not a good experience. First of all, I told the lady that scheduled my consultation that I was not interested in making a purchase right now and just wanted to get an idea of what the cost would be. Apparently, she did not put a note in the system to reflect what was said or maybe, they just don't care. Once, Robbie arrived at my door, I was sure to state to him that I didn't want to waste anybody time and just wanted to get an idea on price, thinking that would cut down on the bargaining. Nope, he was persistent in pressuring me for 2 hours on a product that I told him I surely cannot afford at the time. Well, he proceeded to sit down with me and pressured me again and again telling me about his different offers and calling his supervisor over and over again to get fake discounts like those discounts were put there just for me. I know that's a rehearsed sales trick and he should have took "No" for an answer and moved on. I made it very clear that I could not make the purchase right now as I had just paid for unexpected car repairs. He didn't care, he just proceeded to so-called "lower" the price. He started at a price of like $17,000 and kept so-called "working it down" and ended up at a little over 9,000. What company do yall know will give you an over $7,000 discount? Even if they removed some of the features that are not needed, like the cover thingy where you can go in and take the trapped debris out or the colored wrap they use. There is no discount for that amount. They overpriced the product way out so that they can work down, hoping somebody will fall for it and purchase at the ridiculous price after the fake discounts. Also, I hadn't applied for anything "credit" in a long time and just wanted to see if I would get approved so I allowed Robbie to run a "soft" check on my credit. I asked him straight up was it definitely a "soft" check on my report and he confirmed this. After giving him my ID, he entered my info into his tablet. I immediately received an email from Credit Karma stating that I had a new "Hard Inquiry" on my credit report. I told him this and he just looked confused and surprised that I had called it out. He had no explanation for this and acted as if he was not aware that this can happen. I am sure they mentioned that it will be a "Hard Inquiry" in his training but he was more concerned with making a sale than caring about what was best for the customer and their financial needs. They are trained to be exceptionally nice, present the product well, play on your emotions, and offer you fake discounts on overly pricey products.

Great experience! Never pressures you into any sale. Very thoroughly explained things and showed all options available. I am 100% happy with this company and salesman (Daniel Burnett). Highly recommend!

Update: I just got the information about the financing and it was insanely high! The cost for the gutters was around $9500 but the interest is over 26% (I did not even know the interest rate until after it was a done deal). Also, this is a credit card and not a loan, so the interest rate will essentially continue to rise and no definite end date. I calculated total cost and this will easily cost me $20,000 in interest. Also, was told that it would be around $118 per month and that is not the case. The minimum payment is substantially higher at around $700 per month. This has taken an extremely hard hit on us not only as new homeowners but also being that we have limited income at the moment. If we were going to pay what we were initially told before making decisions, it would have been fine. However, in the end, it was substantially more expensive than agreed. The product is good but the professionalism and being lied to is not okay. I also wish I had known before approving the financing that it was a credit card and not a loan. I have NEVER had ANY BUSINESS finance something through a CREDIT CARD!

I just want to stress that this company is not very transparent like it seems. I chose this company based on what I was being told and even $9500 is insane for gutters. I have been quoted by many companies as low as $2,000 for something they mentioned would cost like $4,500 on average. Not to mention that we only have a house that is 1,086 sq ft. I have known a lot of friends and family with MUCH LARGER HOUSES that paid less than what I did on a house as small as ours.

Overall, I am just very upset that I was lied to about the financing and what to expect. I was not even shown the interest rate before charging over $9000 to it! Before submitting the credit application, it was made to sound like in house financing as well. With a set monthly payment and everything! Now a so called $9500 investment will cost me long term more than a car!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER! Being nice and having a good presentation cannot justify this! This is straight up BAD BUSINESS! I honestly could not recommend this company in good faith. Even if I got half this money back to offset the insane interest, it would still be insanely expensive and I definitely do not see them refunding ANY money! I feel very scammed and like someone took advantage of us as new homeowners. I 100% regret this and wish I just had gone to Lowes and paid them or a private general contractor. No, the warranties aren't always the same, but they are transparent about cost and financing and will not start any project that they have not completely presented!

Also, I feel like it is also very weird how I was asked to give a review immediately once the presentation was over before anything had been done. It felt like the review online was more important to them than customer satisfaction.

Do not make the same mistake! Find a general contractor!

Robbie was very professional and knowledgeable of Leafguard products. He was thorough in his presentation and offered available discounts. He took time to answer all of our questions.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Robby Reeves. He is a superb salesperson who is professional, and very knowledgeable about Leafguard Gutter products. I only got an estimate, but once I move forward it would be with Leafguard.

Our rep was Rob Reeves with Leafguard. He did a wonderful job explaining the LG system. He was knowledgeable and took his time. We will get a full installation this Friday.

Representative was very knowledgeable and very thorough. Process was pain free. The discounts were very helpful with me making up ny mind to ho through the process. Money well spent.
