Robby Reeves was a delight to have present the Leafguard protection for our home. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He worked hard to make our experience with Leafguard very pleasant and enjoyable. Robby helped us get us a really good deal and helped us tremendously. It was a Godsend for us to have him come to our home.

Okay let’s start about I was quoted $10230.00 with a interest rate of 17.99% after a phone call with the rep to his manager he got it down to 10% in which me being a female I was like okay great. Well boy was I wrong after looking at my paperwork and seeing I’m paying about 20 grand for gutters I decide to cancel. After I cancel the rep called and gave me a deal of 6999.00 I agreed he told me that I would lose the drain defenders I asked how much is the drain defenders he stated 147.00 I’m like that’s all I will pay for that no problem. Fast forward to today installation day first thing the workers say is we don’t have the cement blocks we haven’t had them in months. I was no way this should’ve bern communicated. My next thing was it’s only two of you how are tall gonna replace all the fascia boards his response we not doing that we only replace what is necessary I responded with that’s not what I was quoted. Next here goes the manager Zac okay we can do it it’s a misunderstanding of communication but I need to collect $500 in cash after I said that’s not what I was told per text message he then proceeds to have a GM call me in which was rude. He stated this deal I’m not doing it fir a dine cheaper I will have the crew pack up and leave. Talking about unprofessional, rude and rip off. Not to mention I have the workers on camera talking about how the price was really high compared to other homes they have done.

Mark Mann’s presentation was extremely well done. While familiar with the Leafguard product, I learned several more facts about the product that enhanced my knowledge.
At 79 and two major back surgeries, I can no longer climb ladders to clean gutters. Yet, should I decide to sell my house in the next 2-3 years, I want the assurance that Leafguard would add value to my home and thus a return on my investment.

Mark did great explaining the Leafguard. He was a God sent. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism. He reminds me of myself when I was younger and hard working.

When I signed my contract i was told i had a 0% interest rate. With a payment of $98 a month for 5 years totaling $6400. After the work was done they realized i was not approved for the 0% interest option and I'm now stuck with a 19% rate paying $192 a month which means I'm going to pay over $11,000. After several calls to the office, and being told that a manager would call me back, I never got that call back.

The salesman came in smooth. Had me sold in ten minutes. After the job was completed issues after issues.We called they sent an installer out twice. I was told I needed to have my yard filled with dirt to make the water run off. Then on the second visit I was told I needed to purchase some attachedments to the spouts to direct the water from the house. They knew what was needed before and fell to inform me. They have not returned anymore calls. Water is still sitting around the foundation.

Awesome experience with Leafguard today. Jerrit the representative had a great presentation to help understand why Leafguard is a better company to use for gutter replacement. Im very please with the the time given for any questions that I had. I didn't have many questions because he covered everything needed to make my decision on the purchase. Along with the presentation, the price was affordable and overall great for the amount expected to spend. Jerrit is knowledgeable and a very kind young man

I went with LeafFliter on accident. They lasted less than 4 years and were pushing water into the home. Clogged. And falling off my house.
Today LeafGUARD, not FILTER came out and I realize the mistake I made 4 years ago. I didnt know the difference because the name was so close.
NOW I see the difference.
Please DO NOT go with leafFILTER!

Do not recommend!!!! This “ business” tore off shingles and made us pay for it to get fixed. $1350 later and he doesn’t care to refund anything. Make sure you take your pictures of what they do before and after because these men were not up to par.

Let’s start with Ben Celestial, the company rep, had me at “Hello.” Then the crew, from the production manager to the team leader PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL and DETAIL ORIENTED. They drove 4 hours one-way, stayed until the job was done with a winning attitude. Thanks for the beautiful job.

Caroline did an excellent job explaining and assisting us in getting our LeafGuard system. We purchased today and it will be installed tomorrow. So thankful to be receiving the wonderful system.

Several months ago I had gutters installed and during the process, the installers tore off $1,350 worth of shingles while removing the old gutter system. When I arrived home, the installer had me take pictures informing me that I needed to contact my roofers to have my shingles replaced as soon as possible to prevent damage from rain. I had just had a new roof placed 2 years ago. I don't understand why they didn't alert me to this prior to tearing off the shingles. I finally heard back from someone TODAY stating he had spoke with me about this earlier and that they had taken pictures. Pictures of what? They never should have torn shingles off my roof then had me pay to have them replaced. I want people to know about this as this was VERY wrong. A simple apology would have been nice but what I received on the phone today sounded like a bully. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Beware to the general public! I wished I had read the reviews prior to hiring this company.

Robbie was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything in detail with pictures. He walked the property with us to explain exactly what would be done and how the gutter system would work; recommending placement for best looks and results. This system promises to be the best choice for our needs.

I’ve purchased my first gutter system, and my experience with Daniel Burnette was amazing, he had patience with me, got me amazing price what made ie great was it saved me lots of money 😃, but overall an amazing person did push the sale. Over all I’m pleased
