Honest, hard working pros. Period. They give an excellent evaluation and estimate with no hidden costs or surprises. The work they did was very professional. Fast but not hurried. Took excellent care of the surroundings, and cleaned up all the debris. Communication was outstanding. Sent completion photos as well. Also worked diligently to match colors with existing home. Truly a pleasure, as a consumer, to work with this great company.

Just had Mathias and Jake install our gutters and if I could give them a higher rate than five stars I most definitely would! They were professional from the very moment they showed up until they left. The gutters look fantastic! I really appreciate the extra time given to explain to me why they installed them a certain way and how it would be an improvement from my previous system. I had these guys come fix, add, and replace gutters and fascia at my new house out in West Haven. From start to finish it was by far the best experience I’ve had with a specialty contractor. Good job on the gutters, but did not do repairs we discussed on initial visit. Debris removed from gutters was put in our personal trash containers (without discussing or asking) making one of the containers so heavy it could barely be moved to curb for trash day.

I needed to redirect my front main gutter due to poor placement that resulted in my front drive way sinking due to rain water. I had the concrete lifted, so redirecting was necessary. I got excellent service, from the estimate through the installation. Fast, affordable and quality workmanship.

Emerald Gotcha Gutters did a fantastic job on replacing some fascia that fell off my home probably during a wind storm and they fixed the rain gutters and cleaned them out! I was delighted with the job they did! I don’t live at the house currently so they were good enough to send me pictures when they first looked at my job and then they sent me after photos.

Emerald Gotcha Gutters did both my rain gutters and installed my new siding recently and I'm an beyond pleased. David and his lead Craig where incredible to work with; they clearly helped me understand the undertaking and timeline each job would entail, their staff was pleasant, and they did stellar quality work. They were also cautious of my dog who was in a fenced backyard that they needed to access. My home now looks and feels brand new having removed the old lime green siding that was falling apart, and installing rain gutters that I'd been needing since I moved in 2 years prior. Now my home's new siding has it looking so updated, warm and inviting; and I'm so grateful I had it done. I highly suggest Emerald Gotcha Gutters for your home's projects. They are such a great company and do a great job. I needed new everything and they were very professional and got it done in a timely manner. They were also very clean and made sure the jobsite was cleaned everyday which i appreciated because I have 4 kids that are outside everyday. I posted some before and after pics to show their great work.

Just had all of our gutters replaced by Emerald Gotcha Gutters and had a great experience! The initial estimate/quote was WAY more in-depth than any other company we had come out. They got up on the roof, took pictures, analyzed the existing gutter slopes, drew up an entire plan, and then proceeded to sit with us for over an hour going over everything and providing options. They also explained how our 3x3 stepped fascias weren't ideal for gutters and offered to replace those as well. Their quote was higher than the others we got (mostly due to the fascia work), but it was totally worth it. The main installers (Levi and Mathias) were very professional, communicative, and did great work (including bush and ivy trimming where needed). I definitely plan on using Emerald Gotcha Gutters for all my future gutter jobs!
