Gutter reviews across the US

The installation went great and looks great. When we get a downpour or light showering the system works great.

What a super cool company!!! My experiences with Miss Zoe and everyone who has represented this organization have been positive. Thank you Leafless In Seattle!!
-
The only company that I have seen that has clear responses to the weather and fir/pine needles and moss that we have in the NW.
BY FAR the best product on the market.
And their customer service has shown to be very reliable in my experience. -
Had gutter guards/screens installed - service was timely, crew was very professional. Very happy with the job - highly recommend this company.

The material is fine, the way it was put on was fine, but as we have heavy pollen mostly in the spring but some all the time so.. when it gets on the gutter screens. ( leaf screen) it becomes like cement and NOTHING can get through. Odd that I don't see any body saying some real truth about this here.

Can't actually "review" the product because they never showed up for the appointment. When I called, (several times) only got a machine. No call back. No call to reschedule. No call to even say they weren't coming. Not a company I would ever think of doing business with again. If this is how they treat customers, so glad I am not one.

Truly the very best solution to keeping gutters clear and free of debris. I am thankful to not have to be on the roof or ladder keeping the gutter free from fir and cedar debris! The copper truly keeps the mesh from clogging. Best purchase for home improvement I’ve made in years!

Some businesses just impress. Then there are some that completely shine. I couldn't be happier with how on top of things Leafless in Seattle is. Within the first minute of talking to them I knew I was at the right place. I don't really know how, but they made my gutter experience fun!

WOW!!! I can't say enough good things about these guys. From start to finish they are the best. I started out my journey a bit skeptical do to all the things I've seen my friends try that never worked. I looked at several different gutter protection products before MasterShield. MasterShield was my last bid. Jim came out and showed me the system. Jim is highly knowledgeable and very professional. I ultimately chose MasterShield because rather than sitting on top of the gutter, if follows the same pitch as my roof. Because it follows the roof pitch, any debris would be more apt to roll off rather than get trapped on top of the gutter. When the work started the guys were great. The quality of work is amazing. While they were up there they even added some additional flashings to my roof that were missing at no charge. The system has now been up for about a month. I have a really steep roof plus I have a couple big valleys that dump tons of water right on the filter. I was a little concerned the system wouldn't be able to take all the water in a heavy downpour. Well, even with all the melting snow and the tons of rain, the system worked perfect. I couldn't be happier. Finally, no more cleaning out my gutters.

My complements to the crew, the foreman is top notch in prep, the work, and clean up.. super professional. Our house is tall and difficult, and these guys worked through some really rough rainy weather. Being a house flipper, I have seen a lot of contractors, and your crew is one of the best. The product as delivered and installed, was exactly as it was sold to us by Gabriel. We used to know it was raining by the the waterfall sounds of overflowing gutters, and now we only hear silence! Bravo and Thanks

Everyone from Leafless were wonderful to work with. From the salesman to the scheduler who went out of her way to fit us in. The installers were incredible. Friendly and hard working, they fit and finish of their work is remarkable. I highly recommend.

We learned about MasterShield at the Home and Garden Show in Portland in the spring. The salesman contacted us promptly and gave us an estimate for all new aluminum gutters with the MasterShield system. Installation was right on time, and was done exactly as advertised. It is not cheap, but I think it will be well worth it, and way better than climbing on a ladder in the middle of winter to clean the gutters. We haven't had any rain since it was installed, but I think it's going to work well.

60ties house with inverted shallow uneven drain impossible to have the shield attached .the kind installer struggled for hours " the solution" he came up with would not result in complete install, the mismatched colors were negated. bad communication skills from office without any inspection [ costs money] nasty call from the "salesperson"[who was already paid]. BAD company ,when you have issues, OVERSOLD the possibility of a shield. Taking NO RESPONSEBILITY in follow up. 3ft have been on my garage roof an eyesore collecting debris filling the { narrow uneven roof drain}the loose panel they left on the main house flew off in a storm. Leafless in seattle has terrible communication skills.
If you have inverted roof style drain. DO NOT RELY ON SUCCESS with this company.
Beware of cash or check downpayment. -
Recieved a quote and appreciated the detail and communication. Needed gutters with a cover because our gutters routinely clogged every 2-3 weeks with all the debris that falls on them from our trees. We chose this vendor over others as they seemed to understand our needs as Pacific NW homeowners with lots of trees on our property with little needles and debris. So far we have had a couple of rainstorms and the gutters are doing well.

It was pleasant experience. Our options were explained very well and pricing was very clear. We did not have to find mailed coupon as they took that in the calculation. Install was done professionally by the company employees (not subcontractors). Post-install condition was cleaner than starting condition somehow. So far, the gutter and MasterShield work as advertised.

I have huge trees in my backyard and they are close to my house. Alders and pines are constant nusance for gutters. I have been using easy-on screens from Costco and they help but still require cleaning twice a year.
After putting on a new roof with life time warranty, I started looking for a better solution for the gutters. After looking into gutter helmet, leaf filter, and various other options, and checked few youtube videos, I eventually concluded that Mastershield is the right solution.
So I contacted Leafless in Seattle and Gabriel came did the estimate and quote, and explained to me in more detail on how it works. It was the most expensive option but the least maintenance option. So I placed the order with them. The crew came and estimated 3 days of work, and it ended up taking them 4 days. I really like the fact that they didn't rush thru the work, took their time to make sure all is done right. (because they offer life-time clog-free gurranttee, so it is better to do it right than having to come back to fix things!).
I am very happy with the result and I have refferred them to my nextdoor neightbor. It also looks very nice! They cleaned up my dirty ugly gutter and made them shine. -
A few of my neighbors used their services in the past so I could see the quality and the performance of their product over many years which proved to work great. have done two projects with them and I am looking to the third one. They are reliable, credible, great quality and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Excellent service every step of the way from on-site quote, to scheduling to installation! The Mastershield gutters are just what I needed contending with so much tree debris. Very happy with the gutter system. They're performing great!

We have used Leafless in Seattle twice (for two separate residences) and both times everyone we worked with has been super professional, helpful and efficient with the install. Highly recommend this service and their products as a worthwhile investment in your property!

Be cautious when dealing with this company. The installers were very good and the end product seems to be what we wanted, but the person who did the estimate was either incompetent or intentionally underbid the job. The installers arrived and almost immediately informed us of an issue regarding our drip cap which was going to cost an additional $1300. We were given a "discount" from that amount, but it was still considerably more than we expected. I certainly should have been more wary and careful about the process. I could tell there was a problem with the drip cap on the existing roof, but assumed it was obvious to the person doing the estimate.

Hired this company to replace the rusted gutters I had. The salesman/estimator, Joey, was a cool guy and had a big part in my selection of this company among 2 other estimates I had received. He was very punctual at appointments, and prompt in responding to questions, phone calls, and emails. I have approx. 450 ft of gutters with many inwards and outwards 90 degree angles. Work was done in 3 days and we noted corrections that needed to be made. Jim S., the owner and an extremely nice gentleman, did a walk-through and did not hesitate to get his best crew on the job asap to do what was needed to make this a highest quality install. I am an engineer with an great attention to detail. Given the design of the new gutter face, I knew that getting the pitch and the angles done cleanly would be a challenge, but the crew totally hit it out of the park and exceeded my expectation. Jim's integrity, commitment to quality, accountability, and focus on customer care is something you don't find too often now a days, especially in the thriving market in the greater Seattle area. I will have no hesitation to hire Leafless In Seattle in the future or recommend them to friends, family, an anyone that needs gutter work done, and want it done right.
