I had my gutters replaced. The estimate, information and no sales pressure from Carl made the consultation a great experience. Eddy installed everything perfect and cleaned up everything when done. Stacy promptly sent receipt and warranty information. Great experience overall!

I really enjoyed working with Kimbria for the great referral, and Carl that was a total down to earth business guy, straight forward not pushy at all and great pricing and the job looks fantastic.

Carl came out and measured and gave me a price for replacing all of my gutters. On the day of the replacement I surprised them and asked for some additional gutters. Carl was able to contact his team, get the extra materials. His team of Eddy and Brandon showed up on time, completed the replacement and did a great job. I would recommend them to others.

We are extremely happy with our decision to purchase our new gutters and SunSetter Awning from Carl at Gutter Helmet of Idaho. Carl arrived at our home on time with lots of samples for us to choose from. Brad and Eddie did a great job with the installation of both the gutters and the awning. Carl was very helpful and we felt gave us a good bid to replace our gutters. Eddy and Brent did a wonderful job installing the new gutters. The only negative item was that they did not re-attach the Sat. dish wires and were left hanging. I would recommend this company for gutter replacements.

We recently had to have a new roof put on our house. This project went sideways. Carl came out and explained what the roofers had done wrong and how we could get back on track. Carl talked with the roofer and explained what was needed. Wendy and Kassie were great about relaying messages to Carl and arraigning people to come out and finish the Helmet installation. Eddy and Ricardo were excellent about replacing the Helmets and being able to repair some of them so we did not have to buy new pieces. I would recommend Gutter Helmet of Idaho for the first installation of a new Gutter Helmet system. I would recommend that you call Carl before you let anyone touch your roof.

I just purchased my second product from Gutter Helmet. The first was about 4 years ago with a back yard very large Sunsetter which I am loving every day outside and BBQ. Now I am enjoying the EZ Screen Zipper Track which now creates a useable patio in the front of the house.

Carl is a knowledgeable and idea driven owner. Wendy in the office keeps everything scheduled and running smoothly. Eddy is the installer genius. I use it every afternoon and it really combats the afternoon sun, keeping the inside house also

I ordered a custom retractable sunsetter awning from Gutter Helmet. Carl came prepared for our first meeting and easily answered my questions. I expected lead time would be months given recent supply chain issues on everything. It took only 3 weeks from order through installation! Eddy did a great job with installation and even cleaned up after himself. Other than having my new awning, it was like they had never been there. I recommend without hesitation.

I have used Gutter Helmet of Idaho for two jobs at my residence. Both jobs were somewhat unconventional and required customization of the gutters.
I could not have been more pleased with the work. Carl who estimated the jobs was responsive, prompt, and personable, and he provided the estimates quickly.
Eddie and Ricardo completed the work in a timely manner and were on time and friendly. They made sure I was satisfied prior to their leaving, and they removed all trash and material from the job site.
The office staff, Kimbra, Wendy and Kassidy provided timely scheduling information, and promptly sent a final invoice.

I needed help for repair of a Sunsetter shade. Carl of Gutter Helmet of Idaho was helpful and very professional in solving my issue.

After meeting with Carl to select the fabric color and options, we ordered a 20' wide Sunsetter Awning and had Gutter Helmet install it on our patio roof. Eddie and his helper did an efficient and smooth installation of this very large awning -- it's clear that they've put up many awnings and have it down to a science. Having done the installation myself with a smaller awning in a previous house, I would recommend having the Gutter Helmet pros do it. The awning works perfectly and has extended the shade for our patio.

I had Gutter Helmet installed on my entire house, and it looks amazing! And it works great! They also installed additional gutters and cleaned everything out. It's not the cheapest gutter screen system you can buy, but it is worth the cost. Lifetime transferable warranty for materials and performance! Ricky and Eddy were very professional and got my job installed as scheduled. Great communication with Carl also.

We are very pleased with our new Sunsetter Awning installation. Manager Carl patiently answered all our questions and explained our awning options. Installer technicians Eddy and Ricardo followed up with a great install and review of operating instructions. Looking forward to having a shady spot on our deck this summer!

We love our Sunsetter awning and shades!!! We are able to use and enjoy our deck more that ever before!! We spend a lot more time out there because it is so cool!!
We want to thank Carl, who came out to our home, not once, but twice to show us samples, discuss alternatives, take measurements, etc. to assure that we purchased what we wanted that would meet our needs perfectly. He was never pushy, just knowledgeable and kind. Then we want to thank Wendy, who we called several times with questions and who called us whenever there was an update in delivery, installation, etc. She was also very kind and helpful. And finally, we want to thank Eddy and Ricardo, who completed our installation. They were affable, knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend their awnings and shades to anyone wanting to enjoy being outside on their deck!!

Gutter Helmets of Idaho installed new gutters and helmets on my home last week.
They look amazing and, after 23 years of blowing out my gutters almost weekly from my oak trees, I am thrilled not to have to do it again!!!
Eddie and Ricardo did an amazing job and finished the whole thing in about 6 hours. They are very good at what they do.

Eddy and Ricardo, the installers, did an excellent job installing our Sunsetter Awnings. They were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They cleaned up after and were quite fast, without sacrificing efficiency. We were very happy with them! We are very pleased with the awnings they installed and would highly recommend Gutter Helmet for the Sunsetter Awnings.

We called and made an appointment with Wendy and she scheduled Carl to come out to our place right away. Carl came out and showed us the product. Did the measurements and put in our order for our new awning. Wendi called us back and let us know. Eddie and Ricardo would be coming out to do the installation, they showed up and did a tremendous job. Had our new awning up and working in about an hour and a half. . While we were waiting for the awning to arrive if we had any questions, we were always able to get answers out of kimbria and Wendy, If we left her a message, they returned our phone call and a timely manner. Cannot say enough great things about the team at Gutter Helmet of Idaho.. If you’re looking for an awning, I strongly suggest you give them a call. I would give them 10 stars if I could., But you’re only allowed to give five

I had a 19’ shade rip out of my roof after a recent reroofing job. No one would come up and check it out- Kelly from Patio Home and Shade helped me
So much and referred me to Gutter Helmet! How had I not found them before! A certified Sunsetter Shade provider and servicer. Carl the owner and his team were unbelievable- prompt, knowledgable, great communication, timely…unfortunately the shade had been damaged when it pulled out of roof so parts and new fabric were needed. Beautiful job. The most important part was that when they finished, I had confidence that it had been repaired and properly reinstalled. I now have them doing some custom solutions for rain, water and Gutter issues.

Carl was the salesman and he did an excellent job going over everything with us when he came to give us an estimate for our awning installation. He was above board and I was impressed with his total installation & material quote.

Eddy & Ricardo were the installation crew. I was impressed with their professional approach when the install started. They gave me a time they would arrive and guess what, they not only was on time but actually a little bit early. Very professional in their work and very proficient in the tasks they were performing. If I had any questions, they were glad to answer and explain everything that was asked. I would have given them all 10 Stars, but was only shown 5.
