How does it feel doing business with the '60s car salesman? Granted their product is good but they have high pressure sales tactics and the first price you get is almost double what they're going to offer. from what I've seen don't ever take the first offer if you do you're a fool. if they don't come down by 30 to 40% walk away.

Ken was great and explained everything needed on the LeafGuard system. Excellent service and the pricing turned out excellent.

Our salesman George was top notch. Extremely easy going, no pressure sales, and worked hard to get us our pricing that we were comfortable spending too upgrade and future proof our new home.

We now have piece of mind knowing our water management will be in full control.

Leafguards sales rep, Jonathon West, did an excellent job of presenting and explaining the Leafguard system to us. My husband and I are pleased that we decided to go with Leafguard. We believe it’s the best gutter system going. We did not, however, appreciate that we weren’t given even 24 hours to discuss this investment. We were told that if we waited the price quoted would not be good the following day. It would increase by $2,000.00. We do not blame Jonathan for this. He was merely doing what he was trained to do! Shame on Leafguard for the high pressure approach! Not that Leafguard cares….they made the sale!

George came out and was great!!! Did not over sell was not pushy, definitely a believer in product and its longevity and capabilities, not only as a salesman but as a customer. Was expecting to have to wait a couple of weeks for installation but happening the next day.

Johnathan made a great presentation on the gutter system. Appreciated the honesty on what the system can do and what drawbacks we might experience.

Very comprehensive and clear about the job and costs, got everything set up quickly and I'm excited to not have to think about gutters again.

I was told by Nick that ice build up on my steps, entryway, and deck underneath their gutters is normal and expected with their product. I was also told to purchase heating coils for the roof because it might help a small amount with the snow in northeast Ohio. Now I need to buy a second product to remain safe. I purchased their gutters to remove the water and ice from infront of my doors, not make it worse. Avoid these people because they do not care about homeowner safety. I regret buying from them.
