I recently ordered Leafguard gutters after a very informative discussion which included actual photo and video survey of the current condition of existing gutters. The survey allowed me to see problems for myself. The sales person was very knowledgable and provided various samples of different styles and materials of both existing gutters and potential replacements for comparison. I am extremely pleased with my decision and looking forward to the gutter install because I believe the house will look much better. In addition, the Leafguard gutters will not only eliminate current clogging and overflow problems but will prevent future water damage to the house due to the unique construction of the gutters and the manner in which they will be installed.

George was great and helped walk us through all the steps in their process. It didn't feel high pressure, though I was admittedly sold after realizing I havent had to clean our current gutters in the three years we've lived in this house; which are also Leafguard and over 20 years old and still work great!

We're getting a new roof which means our current gutters need to come down and new ones are going up (our current gutters have been discontinued). Looking forward to still never having to clean my gutters!

He did a very professional presentation of the products his company offers, and a thorough explanation of the solution to our current problems. He listened carefully to what we were interested on. In the end, the company's reputation and quality of the products, and his presentation drove us to make a decision to get Leaf Guard.

Ken was very knowledgeable and explained all the differences between different types of gutter products. He was very through with what was going to be installed.

I'll admit, it was a very good system. However, the initial price for my home that is only 720 sq ft was ~ $9,000. After some "specials" and other incentives, the salesman was able to qive me a quote for ~ $4,000. That was after a call to his "boss". The $4,000 was a "that day only" deal such as you would get from a vacuum cleaner or used car salesman.

In this day and age, you would have to be silly to make a large purchase without doing a little research. This is the response I got from AI on the internet when asked about LeafGuard:

"LeafGuard is considered a good product by many users because of its effectiveness in blocking debris, durable one-piece aluminum design, and strong warranty, but it is also expensive and can be problematic in heavy downpours or freezing weather if not installed correctly. The long-term benefits can outweigh the high initial cost for homeowners who want to avoid frequent gutter cleaning, especially in areas with many trees. However, the high price is a significant drawback, and some reviews mention aggressive sales tactics and limited effectiveness in certain conditions"

I agree about the sales tactics. Also, the cost was way too much. There must be a way to provide this system at a better price. Or, a system with less "bells and whistles" at a much more affordable cost. Save the fancy stuff for the rich people. We are a country with wealthy and poor and not much in between.

George Palmer was very knowledgeable, helpful and informative in his presentation. He was not pushy or intimidating. He is very good at his job.

The sales man, Craig Fletcher came out to our home on time. He was very pleasant and respectful of our home. He gave us a thorough description of the leaf guard product. We had lined up two other companies to get estimates and compare product but because the gutters seemed exceptional (and Craig worked with us with the cost and financing) we cancelled the other companies and signed up! We also loved the lifetime transferable warranty.

George was very informative and super friendly. He really believes in the product and the company. I did not expect to move forward with an install date, I was only looking for information, but I’m very impressed and excited to have new gutters this week!

George explained details thoroughly, and patiently answered all my questions. Personable, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him and Leaf Guard to all my neighbors friends, and even my church congregation! Thanks for helping me clearly understand my options.

I had already convinced myself that LeafGuard was the best option for my situation, before Craig came out for the estimate. He put my mind at ease and reinforced my decision when he went through everything. The product seems even more sturdy and well-built than anticipated.

*UPDATE* 2/17/26 My gutters were installed today by Dave & Brendan. (I didnt get the gutter cutters name but he too was efficient) Dave and Brendan were professional, friendly and efficient. The gutters look GREAT and Im very satisfied. My old gutters were literally falling off with ice & leaves. This was the best product from sales to installation process. A very smooth experience. Thank u all so very much.
