5 year client of NJ Gutter . . . 2 times per year. The work is always done in a thorough and professional way. Initial scheduling is always easy and flexible as is re-scheduling due to weather. The staff (both office and outside) is friendly and reliable. NJ Gutter is Highly Recommended!!

NJ Gutters installed our beautiful copper gutters several years ago and did a wonderful job. Since then, they clean those gutters twice each year for us and are hard working, neat and friendly. Highly recommend them for installation and cleanings!

After 20 years, my gutters and downspouts were in dire need for repair. I did research sent out bids got several companies. NJ Gutter was the most responsive and price competitive of the four companies who responded. They performed a thorough site visit including getting access to my roof and inspecting all of the areas. They didn’t just suggest swapping in new materials but improving the “pitch” of some of my gutters, leaf guards and the size of the gutters/down spouts. The “repair” team was fantastic. They were courteous, thorough, diligent and maintained a clean work environment. They also pointed out some additional “damaged wood” that needed replacing. They gutters/downspouts look great. I would highly recommend using them for any gutter issues you might have.

I had my gutters installed by this company in early March, I used them because they were local and I am new to the area. What a mistake. They are an extremely unprofessional company - one thing after another with these guys. At the time the power was out from the big March snow storm and I was away on business leaving my wife home by herself (who had stepped out at this time) and my gracious elderly neighbor let us run an extension cord over to her house to power our fridge since she had a standby generator. The install crew actually unplugged the cord to power their saw, when they had their own generator to use. They have no idea what that cord was powering or where it was coming from. My wife comes home to pick something up from the house and as she's leaving she gets whistled at by one of the installers - really?
As can be seen in the attached picture, they actually twisted wiring for my dish and home cameras around a downspout and left the mess of wires exposed (when they were previously easily tucked away). They left zip screws in my driveway and around my house from the installation process that I didn't notice until the snow melted.
Not to mention just trying to get on the schedule with these people, I sent in my initial deposit on 2/12/18, they FINALLY came for the install 3/6/18. If all the above didn't scream unprofessional enough, the owner James could not be bothered about these issues and I felt as though I was just bothering him. He even called my wife "combative" in an email to me because she initially called trying to get on the schedule. If you didn't want our business you could have told us James. Our small $2500 job could have been a lot of referrals down the road to your outfit - especially from someone that is also in the customer service business and services thousands of homes in central NJ. Not for nothing, but when one of my customers calls me with a concern or an issue that THEY feel is a big deal and you feel it isn't, you still do what it takes to satisfy the customer. I gave James at NJ Gutter every opportunity to make things right with this situation and he couldn't be bothered and pawned it off to his office staff.

We have used NJ Gutters for all of our gutter work. It does take some time to get on their busy schedule, but it is definitely worth the wait. They are the best. Whenever we ask trusted contractors (both our builder and roofer) for gutter work recommendations, they always say NJ Gutters. They are trusted by both excellent contractors and homeowners. NJ Gutters most recently installed gutter caps and we were a little hesitant to install them because we were worried about how they would look, but they are hardly noticeable and the result is great. Highly recommend NJ Gutters for all of your gutter work!

Absolute joke of a company, not sure how they are in business. Had a 4 week fiasco to even get an ‘appointment’. then, come appointment time, no one showed. When I reached out to them (not them to me), they apologized profusely and rescheduled for one week later. I for some reason believed them - but they didn’t show again for appointment #2. Complete waste of my time, avoid at all costs.

I hired NJG in May to clean my gutters. Cory was the representative I was working with. Apparently they did not actually clean my gutters throughly or at all, especially the ones for the upper roof. I did not check that they had actually cleaned my gutters, because who does that? You pay for a service and expect it to be performed. Fast forward to when we had a big rain in July my gutters overflowed damaging my roof and the bathroom below. The next day I climbed up there and checked the gutters and it was compleately clogged with leafs. I do not have any trees on my property nor were leaves failing from the trees at this time of year. The debris I cleared out from the gutter/downspout was clearly old and had been there for quite some time. I contacted NJ gutter immediately told them the situation. Khiry Brazil said she wanted to make it right. And that a crew would be come back to clean my gutters again. This has not happened. At this point at the very least the should refund me my money for the job they did not perform and at best their insurance should pay for the damages to my house. I have attached pictures of my gutters overflowing, leaves clogging the gutters when I climbed up there, and the damage it has caused my house.

After starting a complaint with BBB this business stared to make up problems that never existed and blamed the leak on that. Clearly my gutters were not cleaned properly.

The job was done exactly on time, the workmen were clean, polite, worked good as a team. All material was of first rate quality. Their tools and machines were all in good working order, no delays. The crew had all of their materials with them, job took 2 1/2 days as quoted. The men rotated their jobs, always enough workmen on site and working. They always cared and discussed safety issues. It was like watching skilled watch makers. Best of all, it makes the house look new, clean well worth the cost, but still a fair price. Good reason to shop local.

New Jersey Gutter went above and beyond for us. We got several estimates from local gutter companies and Jim gave his honest opinion of our gutter situation after a house remodel. The price was fair, but even more than that, once we signed with them Jim and Rachel went above and beyond to help us get the work done within a very specific window of time. My husband, who is very particular, was very pleased with the work they did, and for me, that says a lot. If we ever need gutter assistance again we know who to call.

We had a "not off the shelf" gutter project that required carpentry prior to the install as well as dealing with gutters near solar panels. Add to that we wanted the final product to look like they had always been there AND functional. Besides the amazing and detailed work, the communication and responsiveness was just outstanding. The team who did the installation are true craftsman, great communicators, courteous and clean. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I recently hired New Jersey Gutter, LLC to power wash my two units, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish their team was professional, punctual, and courteous. The guys at Precision Pro came out and installed a brand new gutter system at my house in just one afternoon. They were very efficient and extremely detailed. I highly recommend them.

The precision to detail and professionalism the guys showed to us and our project was top notch! They stuck to the quote and didnt try to add extra fees on, and I cant tell you how uncommon that is these days. The seamless runs along the house really look sharp!
